Highly recommend! I went to Hi Performance for the first time about a month ago after reading great reviews about the shop. When I got there, the lobby was clean and the customer service was great from both Tiffany and the mechanic who made me feel welcome. I feared it was going to be a costly repair but the mechanic was honest with me and said it was just a small, electrical part that went bad and didn't try to sell me an expensive repair that I didn't need. They are very friendly and genuinely care about taking care of the customer. I received fast, friendly and most of all, HONEST service at a great price! While I was there, I got an estimate for something else (at a much lower price than other places) and am going back to have more work done. I have a 92 z28, I heard alot about (High performance) so I gave them a call because I took my car to 2 shops and they couldn't figure out what was going on! I talk to a guy named George, He could tell I was upset and getting frustrated so he calmed me down and promised me he'll figure it and get me back on the road! I left my car there for a few days and got my enjectors replaced and a timing chain, George called me and said "Hey Lee today your gonna be a happy man" long story short I picked my car up and it runs like a brand new car! I was looking to get my sub frame fix and I stop here they couldn't fixed so they suggested a place . I also needed to get my brakes and oil change. George was very nice and knowledgeable he give an estimate and set me an appointment at my convenience I brought my car and they got to it right away in no time my car was fix brakes workings good they also fix my headlight. Worked for me! My car was in bad shape and these guys diagnosed the engine issue and had it fixed for me on the spot. My engine suddenly started malfunctioning and I stopped to try to figure out what is going on. I love High Performance. They are accurate proficient and when they say they will have my vehicle ready the same day, it's done. The work I have had done to my 2011 Lincoln Town Car has been great and the prices have been affordable. The staff starting with the owner are wonderful.
