Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea! Location: it is located along Broadway. The location is near Columbia university. Not that much seating inside. Service: I just ordered on the machine. Food: I ordered MANGO COCONUT BOOM. You can choose if it's liquid or slushy. I ordered liquid, it was good cause it has mango puree on it and the boba is tiny and soft. I felt like this is more of a dessert than a bubble tea Price rating: I paid 15 bucks for 2 mango boom. I will come back to try other flavors.

@foodie_starry Heytea is around Columbia University!! Jealous! Wish they will open in Jersey City soon! I saw American Dream one in Jersey is coming!! - Matcha Cloud Jasmine Latte (hot) - surprisingly cozier on a rainy day - Yumberry Boom - yes, yangmei is back and it's a must - Mango Grapefruit Boom - a forever classic

Phenomenal tea. There's a reason there's always a line and it's worth it every time. I've had the jasmine tea (with milk and without) and all the matcha and man they're amazing. They always sweeten it to your liking and the boba is delish. Highly recommend getting the app and ordering ahead- wait could be long at times.

Today (Jan 24th) is the grand opening and I was very pleased. This location is running a BOGO (buy one, get one free) for the month! You can do it with a friend, whether coming from class at Columbia (so close to campus) or taking a comforting hot tea home after a crazy work day from the UWS... Tried 3 drinks today because I'm absolutely crazy about boba... One was cold, one hot and one was a slushy! Matcha Jasmine Latte - customized to be cold and layered: it tasted so clean! No chewing on chunks of matcha powder- instead it was silky smooth and gave me a nice non-jittery burst of energy that I desperately needed! The resealable lids are truly resealable and are extremely practical when taking it to-go on the subway. Amen to fewer spills in my life! Crisp Grape Bloom - customized to have less sugar and ice type as a slushy! It was fun and easy to drink. They're know for this flavor so I had to have it.. wasn't overpowering but instead so nice and subtle! Next I'll try this hot. Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea - customized this to be hot and classic! If you don't know what to order... this is a clear winner for anyone- I think even picky people would like this one. All of this is because they use ORGANIC milk, REAL tea, no artificial creamers and no instant powders. Appreciate this so much you have no idea... Definitely take advantage of their promotions like I did.. Days 1-3 they're offering BOGO on certain drinks. Days 4-7 you get 50% off your second cup. And Day 8+ if you buy any 2 drinks and share on social media you'll get a nicely branded canvas tote (not sure when it ends but probably only while supplies last). Run here! Seriously satisfied all my cravings...

omg I'm a heytea fiend. this time i got what my friend always gets and it was fineeeee idk why they were raving about it. im actually addicted i need to STOP!!! i got the yumberry because my friend tasted like acai and it didn't really but it WAS good. we just ordered online then sat and yapped for a bit. it was good but at the same time it was terrible because why did i do this when i should have been studying for finals. the yumberry was good but i slurped it up like BAM. i still think the mango boom is superior though. heytea being next to my school is actually the death of me because before this i would go like 3-4 months without boba now i'm literally getting it every week. ugh!

    Matcha cloud half drunk

I don't do bubble tea but obsessed with this place. They do matcha & jasmine tea & many other drinks. You can get them with no sugar. Had the cloud matcha (the cloud has some sugar in it but delicious). Will be back. Cute clean zen aesthetic & music. Not a place to stay long although there are benches for a quick stop. Quick service, and they show you estimated wait time on a board.

Love the cloud coconut blue, it tastes so good!! Definitely worth a try. Long wait but love it.

I love mango grapefruit boom so much. This is the top 1 drink that I love.

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil.
