Dr Robinson (and Dr Nguyen) have provided care for my spine and other body pain from advanced…read morescoliosis and arthritis. My neck used to be my most painful area and they resolved it mainly with RF nerve blocks and injections. Unfortunately with age my spine pain from scoliosis and L4L5 arthritis has advanced, and the treatments became less successful. Dr Robinson has traveled this journey with me to relieve my pain as much as possible while helping me to pursue all that I have had to do to find the best surgeon to perform fusion. This has become a long and very painful daily process. Dr Robinson has been a huge and kind advocate for me to achieve my goals and to deal with pharmacies to get me the medications I need. He is a serious dedicated doctor who puts you at ease and supports you completely. Thanks to the doctors and staff at university spine & pain for all they have done to help get me through all this!

This is my second time coming here to get an epidural shot. The doctor here is very knowledgeable…read moreand knows exactly what he's doing. I also like how his crew are well informed and on top of it from the receptionist to the nurses assistance if you have an appointment, they see you on time and take care of you ASAP the waiting room before you go in to get your procedure done is pretty cold so good thing that they give blankets now everything besides that is pretty smooth you're In-N-Out in an hour or so.

Dr. Wu is exactly what my mother and I needed! He is incredibly thorough, detailed, and meticulous…read morewith his work. He makes the to explain medical terms and anatomical functions of your conditions and best available procedures to correct the conditions. Furthermore, he is comfortable with going into greater details about how the procedure/ procedures will improve the medical conditions. I was so surprised that after decades of my mother having spinal surgeries and epidurals by traditional orthopedic surgeons, she was left is severe debilitating pain. Her only recourse was pain medication, which left her tired, sleepy, and hopeless every day. She had a L5/S1 fusion and c4/c5 herniated disk surgery, and recently was diagnosed with spondyliothis/ degenerative spine condition. To make matters worse, the L5/S1 fusion has compacted the above vertebrae and worn down the cushion in L4 to the point of bone on bone. We had been searching for a remedy for years, and we're only offered cortisone, epidurals, and ultimately fusion surgery (again), by doctor after doctor. Until.... We met Dr. Wu. In 15 minutes he explained an outpatient procedure that we had never heard of, that for the first time - actually made sense! So we gave it a try. In 15 minutes, Dr. Wu completed his recommended procedure on my mother. In 2 days, she was walking without a walking stick/ cane, not needing wheelchair assistance, not debilitated by severe pain, nor completely dependent on medications like nerve modulators, or opioid pain killers, or muscle relaxants to maintain her daily activities. A week later, I am truly amazed that his work has reduced her pain by more than 60% and now she is walking and smiling and laughing again. She has improved drastically, and now I am blessed to enjoy holding her hand while walking together - something we have not done since I was much younger. I missed so many years of this special experience with her. Thank you so much, Dr. Wu; for giving us new memories to rekindle. PS. Thank you for diagnosing and treating my bursitis. I can bend my knee again and walk without a painful limp. I had no idea the problem could be fixed so quickly and feel so much better! Sincerely, Yamina
