Super friendly and helpful staff. Karla kills it with scheduling, while Dave and Emily get down to bizz.

He met me where I am physically and pushed me with exercises but would take my feedback and adjust them accordingly. Since I have young kids I did not want to be so sore from the exercises that I would not be able to function or move a day later. He expanded my exercises from stretching to core strengthening and even hand grip strengthening exercises that I didn't realize I also needed. I also took the pregnancy/post partum class several times with a few other therapists and really enjoyed them. All of the therapists are great.

You can tell he's constantly analyzing and tailoring treatment specifically to you. What stands out most is his commitment to growth--he invests in his own development and it shows. As a result, the care you receive feels intentional and highly effective. We've progressed from basic work to challenging, strength-focused sessions that have made a real difference in my chronic pain. He also understands that pain isn't just physical--there's an emotional side to it--and he brings empathy and positivity to every session. He pushes you just enough to improve, without overdoing it. Simply put, professionals like Jo are rare. I truly hope your organization recognizes what you have in him. Thanks, Jo! Also, this next one is for Ryan. I recently started attending the workout classes at Evolution PT, and they've been a fantastic addition to my routine. The wellness credits from PT sessions make it easy to get started, and the classes themselves are incredibly well run. Ryan stands out in a big way. Having a licensed PT lead and monitor workouts is a game changer. He pays close attention to form, brings a deep understanding of the body, and offers thoughtful, real-time feedback that you just don't get in a typical class. He's also incredibly energetic, supportive, and genuinely engaged with everyone in the room. He meets you where you're at, tailors the workout to your ability, and pushes you in a way that feels both safe and effective. Highly recommend--this is what a well-designed, professional fitness program should feel like. Thanks, Ryan! EVOLUTION PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR LIFE!

Dahlia got me signed up and ready to come in a few days later Michelle and Mackenzie were the PTs I worked with me and they are very professional and helpful with what they do. I loved how they easily figured out all where the source of my problems were and gave a plan and path forward to work them out. I know how to be athletic and fit but nothing like the pain I was going through which is new to me. The exercises were very focused and helpful and I seriously felt a gradual change and the pain FINALLY going away. I never felt they treated the questions I asked like they were dumb or ignorant and genuinely wanted to help me get back on my feet. AJ was the assistant that walked me through the routines and exercises I had to at home. He was very professional and helpful with explaining how to do them right. The area is clean and has everything you would imagine a proper PT place would have. also extra bonus to EVERYONE for making me feel welcomed, because I was terrified of going to physical therapy. I feel much better now, and have sent at least two other friends here :)

10 yrs later and PBPT are still complete rockstars!…read more Today I had Brett Niko and some other assistants and athlete trainers helping. Woke up and back went out. Haven't had an issue in YEARS. I've been here for neck back wrist knee shoulder and ankle issues some of which are degenerative, some from sports over time, and some from a car accident, doesn't matter they do it all! Can't say enough about them, but here's my normal Yelp list: 1. Service - crazy friendly! Super educated on PT and all body parts, injury types etc. I have great confidence that when I walk thru that door I will be treated as both a human and with kindness and by a professional that actually listens and cares and wants to help and see a difference. Knee - They have helped to rehab a old injury of a completely torn ACL and partially removed meniscus cartilage that has degenerated over time and caused back ankle and leg stability issues. Back/neck - degenerative discs issue all along the vertebrae, torn ligament in lower back, neck all addressed and resolved. Ankle - sprained my ankle badly years ago and I was walking and healthy I'm no time. Wrist - hurt wrist via bad sprain when I fell and hurt ankle, again they helped a ton as it took a while to heal due to the bad sprain. Shoulder - could have been carpel tunnel or the car accident when someone rear ended me, but I could not raise my arm above my head and that was solved in no time. Anytime I have had recurrences it has been because I gained weight, got stressed, didn't stretch, didn't do my exercises, reinsured something or pushed my body too hard. I've never had to come back because they didn't do a good job. Ever! And I've had a TON of work done here. 2. Location - very cute location with greenery and windows to bring brightness and give you peace as you're healing your pain! Feels like Hawaii which is the vibe of the biz since PB is Hawaiian. Love her and her entire team for this along among many other things! It's tucked away behind the fitness center, old movie theatre and some industrial building so can be tricky to find at first. 3. Parking is free and in a building attached to the building that PBPT is in. If you're lucky you can park on the first floor near the door so that you don't have to walk too far. I'm the afternoons it is crowded but early am and late evening not so much. 4. Costs and healthcare - worth every penny whether out of pocket or copay with insurance. They will teach you the exercises to do on your own and if you do it you'll be fine in no time and whatever you pay is beyond worth it! I don't go anywhere else! And I've lived in 4 cities nationally and traveled globally since coming here! Just say yes. Can't recommend then enough.

Highly recommend - they've helped me recover from old accident injuries!…read more After dealing with neck, shoulder, and mid-back pain from traffic accidents many years ago, I finally found real relief at Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine. I've been going there for about a year now, and I'm genuinely improving with every visit. The adjustments have made a huge difference -- my neck and shoulders feel much looser, my mid-back pain has decreased significantly, and I'm standing noticeably taller with better posture than I have in years. What I love most is how friendly and professional the entire team is. Dr. Alan Naim and the staff take the time to listen and really care about your progress. The office is easy to get to, just off the freeway, and they're often able to get me in for same-day appointments when I need them. They also have the latest technology, but they still deliver excellent hands-on adjustments and therapeutic massage -- the perfect combination. If you're struggling with lingering pain from old injuries (or any neck/back issues), I can't recommend Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine enough. They've made a real, lasting difference in my daily life. I've already referred several people and will keep coming back!

I feel like after seeing this doctor a few times I realized the following:…read more 1)Dr. Niam cares about his patients. 2) He has a great staff 3) I've see all 3 chiropractors but prefer Dr. Banks and Dr. Niam for adjustments as they are more firm and quick. Dr. J gives a very soft/light adjustment that just doesn't feel the same for me. 4) Being this is a clinic where they treat people that may not feel well or have migraines etc, I'm surprised they allow the use of phones with sounds in the office waiting area. On my first visit a woman was listening to vulgar music that was loud enough for everyone in the waiting room and front office to hear. Coming in with a headache that's not something I want to hear or listen to. Also, if there were children present, it's really not appropriate. But there's no signs or indications that people need to have their phone on silent. When I had asked the lady if she could turn it down, she just looked at me so I went to the front and asked to sit and wait in my car. There were multiple other times that people were either playing music or listening to reels or other things, and if the office just had a simple policy and they asked their patients to mute their phones it would make it better for all of their patients. I spoke to two of the doctors about this and one doctor completely agreed there should be a policy like this in place because people come for treatment with migraines and pain but the other doctor said no they don't want to inconvenience their patients makes me feel like they aren't being considerate for all their patients, especially those that are in pain. As such I'm increasing my rating because the doctors and staff and treatment are great but will not give a 5 because of the disregard to ensuring all patients, even those in pain and suffering migraines can wait for their treatment without further discomfort.
