I had foot surgery in October. My doctor gave me the option between a closer, but larger, PT…read moreprovider, and a smaller one. I made the right choice even though it was farther from home. RSPT was amazing from the moment I stepped in. Front desk immediately knew who I was and greeted me, we handled forms and after the briefest of waits I was taken in for initial eval. Sarah was my PT primary and she is a true angel of smarts and kindness. I truly didn't know what to expect. It took me a bit to figure out there are PT aids/assistants who are there to help you with the exercises and the grunt work and then the PT's are there to make sure it's all going right. I was nervous about some of the motion that was going to happen to my injured digit, but Sarah nailed it with just the right amount of oomph to know that healing ain't easy but it's worth it. Then, I met (other) Sara, Jeff, and elle jeffe Frank. All of them took care of me with the same level on care and consideration that (primary) Sarah did. They definitely have some quality continuation of care notes going on! Would recommend 100%.

Jeff, the Sarah's, Frank- all of the therapists are top notch. Even the assistants, who guide you through your stretches, etc before and after being attended to by one of the PT's are great. I worked with Jeff the most and he really had a sense of what was wrong with me, and was instrumental in my recovery. I can't thank them enough!

Because of the pain I was in, I really wanted to start immediately. Getting an appointment fast was difficult but they have a waitlist you can get on. If/when someone cancels or reschedules, they call people on their waitlist and I've been able to go in for a few last minute appointments because of it! Ali (therapist) has been so helpful. She listens to the problems I have and has given me some good stretches and exercises to do at home too. I always feel really good after a PT appointment and experience a lot less pain then I did before. If you're looking for a PT place to try out and don't know where to start looking, I'd 100% recommend TAG.

As a returning patient, I was charged $75 for a supposedly missed appointment that I never knowingly confirmed, with no reminder or advance notice of the charge. When I questioned it, Madison at the front desk was dismissive and rude, and management and the owners refused even a one-time adjustment. I respect cancellation policies, but charging patients for disputed appointments without clear confirmation, then refusing to take accountability, is unacceptable. Very disappointing treatment of a long-term patient.

Thankfully, I was able to see Isaac just a few days after the injury, and my visit gave me so much comfort and reassurance. I had also started experiencing neck and shoulder pain, which Isaac quickly recognized was most likely from the way I had been using my crutches. He corrected my technique, showed me the proper way to use them, and immediately helped relieve some of the discomfort. That alone was incredibly helpful! Isaac was very thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me specific exercises to do at home so I can be proactive in my recovery. I'm hopeful that with the right care and exercises, I'll be able to get back to running, yoga, and my fitness classes soon! I'm planning to see him again in a week to make sure I'm healing properly, and I'm so grateful to have found someone I feel confident trusting with my recovery. I would definitely recommend Isaac to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring sports physical therapist!

We had our initial evaluation with Dr. Isaac today, and we were impressed with how thorough and attentive he was throughout the evaluation. He took the time to carefully test and assess her knee, explain the areas where she still has deficits nearly seven months post-op, and demonstrate additional strength exercises that will help her continue making progress. He also corrected her form to ensure she is getting the most benefit from her strength training program. We appreciate the time and expertise he provided and are looking forward to working with him to help close the strength deficit and, most importantly, get our daughter safely and confidently back on the pitch!

I am amazed at how far I have come thanks to Matt's exercises and help stretching my arm after rotator cuff surgery. He worked with me before and after my surgery and helped me understand what was going on. I loved the one-on-one help knowing I would have Matt throughout my stay with Positive Energy. The staff is kind and professional and the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend Positive Energy, especially Matt Slocum. He is the BEST.

She struck the perfect balance throughout my recovery: gentle and comfortable in the early stages, then pushing me to stay on pace for a safe return to activity as I progressed. What stood out most was how she tailored every session to how I was actually feeling that day, while still keeping my overall progression on track. She also took the time to teach me exercises I could do on my own at home, which made a real difference between sessions. On top of her clinical skill, Alex was consistently positive, encouraging, friendly, and professional. If you're looking for post-surgical rehab, especially after ACL surgery, I strongly recommend Alex at Positive Energy.

Dr. Alanna Grey is far and away the BEST PT I have ever gone to and trust me, I've been to a lot. I started seeing Alanna four years ago and she has helped me rehab through numerous injuries, surgeries and personalities. When I first began with Alanna, I was a challenge to work with but she's stuck with me and she's taught me so much about myself and why I've continued to injure myself. It took her a while to get through to me, but now I get it. I didn't realize until my shoulder surgery how much you need to trust your PT, there is no way I would have let anyone else bend me the way she does. When I am not connecting the dots on how to do an exercise, she always finds a way for me to understand. She has been a huge advocate for my healthcare and has guided me to some pretty great surgeons. On the occasion Alanna is out, take comfort knowing Sarah is also a great PT, so you can't go wrong with anyone in her office. Did I mention how nice her offices are? They're bright and clean and she has lots of great tools to work with, and you're not jammed in with multiple patients in an overcrowded facility. If you ever need the best PT, look no further.
