Enterprise charged my insurance $3000 dollars plus I was billed $1000 for the deductible. Enterprise then charged my credit card $445.00 for the loss when it was being fixed. They never notified me of this charge nor did they sent me a bill, When they asked for my card the salesman said we won't use it we just need it on file. That is called BULLSHIT. They did not have permission and it was put on my card the day I returned the vehicle. They must have a Chrystal ball !!!

What is the remote access code!? I wasn't given a remote access code when I picked up the rental! I finally googled the Enterprise customer service # and reported that I was having problems with low pressure on one of the tires. The Enterprise representative told me to take the rental to an approved provider and pay $55 to have the tire checked. This rental experience was a total nightmare! I offered to take the car to the airport to swap it for one that didn't have any problems because I expected a safe and worry free experience. But I was told that Enterprise doesn't do swaps. I ended up taking the car to tap off the air on the low pressure tire a few times in the 12 days of my rental. This experience is not at all what I expected from Enterprise. FYI, potential customers, Enterprise and National have merged. So, if you want a better rental experience, use another provider.

I offered to give him the Avis discount code, but he said that he'd just give me a discount anyway. Fortunately, I didn't *need* the loss damage waiver that was included with that other code. Returning the car was easy, more so because they were not yet open at 5:00 AM when my flight was boarding. I put the keys in the drop box and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. No email with my final cost or a final invoice or anything. So next time, I'll insist on it being rented through Avis.
