The fact it is a bus is hidden on the ticket which states flight number & aircraft type. If you scroll under AIRCRAFT type, you then find the word bus. When asked the AA person at gate, he was incredibly rude. Cryptic answers & no eye contact. As an AA Executive cardholder, I am profoundly disappointed with this behavior

Everything went great until his last flight into Avoca, 9:48 am arrival time -- NO ONE in the control tower to land the plane; they were low on fuel, so had to divert to Harrisburg to refuel, and then fly back to Avoca. TWO HOURS late. We picked him up and barely made the service. Return flight was an easier connection: one switch in Chicago O'Hare, with lots of time. Except the 6:15 am Avoca flight out: OVER THREE HOURS delayed, missed his connection in O'Hare, had to get a voucher for an overnight stay to catch a plane to Boise on Monday. Absolutely horrible on the part of Avoca airport; what have they done to their service and staffing?!

We took his word for it and signed. They refuse to cancel anything. They are so money hungry. What bothers me is the continuing service charge that you get charged quarterly after you pay off the financial part. You can tell them in every form or shape that you can't continue and they will not cancel it at all. Go on vacation on your own without them, believe me it is cheaper and better. I prefer they get no stars but Yelp doesn't allow it.

I called around and found that Parrish Limos was the least expansive and most professional to deal with. Their drivers Gary ( who pick us up on a 18 passenger Limo Bus at Philadelphia Airport and drove us to Wilkes-Barre and then drove us to NYC on 2 separate occasion) and Allen ( drove us on a 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator to attend a wedding and reception) was very polite and safe drivers. For the 3 separate occasions, it only cost $1610.00 including tolls, parking and 15% gratuity for the drivers. Also the 3 different Limos we used were very clean and beautiful.

We took a NY City tour on 4/15/17, with guide Hal Glicksman. Outstanding, is an understatement!!…read more Hal was incredibly passionate, informative, funny, and a true gentleman. He went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group was getting a great experience. Hal gave us a plethora of facts we would've never known, and showed us things in NY that blew our minds. We're still telling stories to our friends about what he taught us. The three biggest things we did in NY was this tour, Coney Island, and center stage for Wicked at the Gershwin. If I had to choose one it would be this tour with Hal, everyday and twice on Sunday! I literally laughed, cried, and just stood in awe at times. Thank you, it was the best money we spent in NY.

I was not having a good day, with my car breaking down on route 80 just outside of Stroudsburg PA,…read moreon a Friday afternoon. I could not find 1 single car available to rent in that area that would allow me to rent the car in PA and return it in NJ, including 2 different Enterprise locations in that area. I ended up reserving a car at this Scranton Enterprise, but the corporate agent on the phone told me that I could NOT return the car the next day at the location in NJ, because even though they were open on Saturdays, they do not accept returns until Monday. Even though this sounded insane to me, I was forced to agree because I had no other options. I assumed the corporate office just wanted to bilk me for a 3 day rental because I was in a vulnerable position. Once I arrived at the Scranton location, I dealt with Salvatore, who immediately recognized that my forced 3-day rental made no sense, he adjusted it to 1 day and upgraded my vehicle. He was very nice, effective, and efficient. He apologized for my treatment, explained to me that it was not their office that made such outrageous restrictions on my rental, and got me on my way quickly. I was very happy and relieved at that point.
