The main guy or manager at this branch helped me out and even apologized for the system overbooking and accepting reservations despite lack of vehicles. He even upgraded me to a better vehicle no extra charge, since it was their company's system that was at fault. Three cars behind me had to back up so I could return to Rapid Rez booth to stand in the blustery cold again and get the car reassigned to me. When I tried to exit for the second time, the man at the gate told me this car was not assigned to me either. I refused to go back to the Rapid Rez booth, so he personally ran back and corrected the issue. Turns out my Rapid Res rental took over 1 /12 hours! The car got awesome gas mileage, was clean and a pleasure to drive. I actually sort of fell in love with the car and didn't really want to give it back. Radar activated cruise control is a luxury I've never had before. Wow, is that nice. Returning the car was even easier. There was a mix up, really on my party, in which the car needed to be back by 8am or became a three day rental but the office did open until 10am. It was actually probably cheaper per day than multiple Ubers. I was given a Camry, which was a mostly fun car with a huge trunk. It was easy to drive, although a bit naggy if you went even 1 mph over the speed limit. It also doesn't make any noise when it starts, so that was an adjustment. Everyone who helped me was friendly and cheerful. While this was only the second time in my whole life that I have rented a car, if I ever need another one, I'll probably use Enterprise. Unless another company offers drop-off and pick-up services. In that case, I'll go with them. Ubers and Lyfts add up fast.
