Where I used to live they were always so pleasant and when I took a car back always offered a ride back home without me asking. Now I'm less than 5 miles from this location and when I ask for the possibility or a ride home they look at me like I'm requesting heaven. They don't have to do it but the way they look back and say no leave a bad taste I won't be asking again and possibly not returning a car to this location. Enterprise is a great car rental company but some employees like the ones I've dealt here can drag them down.
