The owner arrived with his equipment not charged and ready, the light ring was not working as it was dead upon arrival . Dorsey left the event for 2 hours and came back 2 to set up. By the time the 360 was set up for my son's graduation party it was ending, we started packing up when it started working. None of the 40 plus videos had no music, we had the party on 5/10/25 and did not get the videos until 5/22. I had to add my own music to my videos as music was not included. I would not recommend booking him because the services started 2 hours later than scheduled , his equipment was not in working order nor was it charged and none of our videos had music not one. 360 Photo Booth videos should be 100% available during the party event we should not have paid $400 for a late service with no music. You did a pretty horrible job and we all were very disappointed. I pride myself on supporting black businesses and we did not appreciate your service.

They came an hour before to set up and clean up after was very smooth and quick. Their camera is so sleek and modern; It barely took up any space compared to most booths I found available for rent. He was so professional, kind and friendly, honestly he was just a breath of fresh air on an otherwise stressful day. We used his services for our corporate holiday party and he was able to customize all of his props for us. I first heard about them a few months ago as they were all over my facebook feed. So they actually became one of the sponsors at the bayou arts festival and it was such great fun. Their props are a blast and the guys who run the booth know how to interact with the customers. It makes you want to act silly! My favorite thing about these guys is the border though. The custom borders are very classy and not cheesy. The all black cube keeps it very sleek. The pictures come out almost instantaneous.
