This man needs a rai$e. My wife and i procrastinated getting up to enterprise and came in 15min before close, there were three people in the very small office waiting, the phone ringing loudly off the hook, no employee in sight just a now hiring sign in the window. Then out of no where, like a whilwind Mr. Jinks swooped in on a freshly washed car for one of the customers. This man took care of the first gentleman, the next 2 ladies with a van, then took care of us just as an impatient man came up behind us 5 min after they closed, he smiled and took care of the late man as well with no complaints and always with a positive attitude. This mans work ethic makes me want to come out of retirement and help him!

The Chevy Equinox we rented already had a cracked windshield, low oil pressure at 40%, and a jacked up tire sensor system which we think is because the last person didn't rotate the wheels correctly. Be prepared to be on the phone for 6 1/2 hrs with road side assistance and Enterprise offices giving mixed answers and being transferred on the phone left and right because no one knows anything. We finally had our car towed at 2pm and were told we would get an Uber or Lyft sent to us free of charge to only have them both cancel on us twice since we were in the middle of nowhere. At that point we should of gone with the tow truck since we were stranded. After several more hours they were able finally able to secure a taxi for us to drive 40mi to the nearest Enterprise and get a new car. After talking to the nearest Enterprise they told us they had a Hyundai Kona at their location which we needed since we were traveling far. After the taxi dropped us off it turned out it was never there to begin with. We ended up getting a compact Nissan Sentra because it was better than nothing. The website and call center will say they have availability on the lot but it doesn't reflect the truth. They lie and wasted a day of our vacation. Not worth it. Run away!!!!

The person who waited on me said, well, we have vehicles avaiable but to get your discount, you will have to arrange the rental on line. So I sat on the seating in the office and proceeded to make an on line reservation. The online service said no vehicles available, which I knew there was. I relayed this to the employee working the desk, and she said, nothing I can do about that. Offered absolutely no help at all and could care less if I rented a vehicle. I walked out, went home and signed on to Enterprise on line and within minutes had a car reserved at a lower rate than Avis. When I went to ENTERPRISE to pick the vehicle up, it was quite a different experience. The ENTERPRISE representative was professional, unlike AVIS. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. We will never ever rent for AVIS again. Enterprise is leagues above AVIS. Glad to have had the option to elect ENTERPRISE!

The first day, they debited 271$ off the bank card that they require a customer to entrust them with. Then, after i returned the car on Thursday, they leached another 70.00 out on Sunday, and another 70 monday morning. I called Hertz, and they apologized for the error, and admitted that they were only supposed to have taken 140.00 TOTAL from my account. They said they would refund the money, and that it would be credited to my account in 5-7 business days. I explained that this was not acceptable. I am a single mom of 3 kids, with 2 jobs. My budget balances on a thin wire as it is. So, she said she understood, and the money would be back in my account that day. So, yesterday, (Wednesday), not only was the $ NOT in my account yet, but Hertz had sucked yet ANOTHER 140$ out of my account!!! I called them again. They said that it was going to be released on the 2th, (over 2 weeks from now). They said they took more out because they were refunding all previous transactions, and 140 was the original amount they were supposed to take. I'm sorry I'm making this post too long, but bottom line, I'm still dealing with red tape and phone calls today, and now my bank account is negative because of this, and my bank is about to bury me in an avalanche of fees!

I have rented from this branch three times, and every time branch manager Alejandro Vega has…read moretreated me with open contempt. He rolls his eyes at me, never says thank you, and carries a nasty attitude through the entire transaction. I learned to avoid him and ask other employees for help. I've also paid attention to how he treats other customers. I've watched him with white customers and Asian customers, and I've never seen him treat them the way he treats Black customers. Every time, it's the Black customers who get the attitude, including me. This time he refused to let anyone else help me and made it his business to handle my rental himself. Here's what happened. On September 17 I rented a car for a one day trip to New Orleans to visit my cousin in the hospital. I returned it overnight with the fuel two bars under full. I have never smoked. I have asthma, so smoking isn't something I could do even if I wanted to, and on top of that I'm having my tonsils removed next week. The next morning I came back for a phone I'd left in the car. Vega told me the car smelled like smoke and that I would not get my $300 deposit back. I smelled the car myself and there was no smoke odor. When I asked what he smelled, he refused to discuss it. He charged me for fuel on top of that. As I walked toward the branch to file a complaint, he cursed at me and told me not to come into his branch. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the branch manager, that it was his store, and that I could not rent there anymore. Then he threatened over and over to call the police on me. Enterprise, this man took $300 from me with zero evidence, banned me from renting, and threatened me with police for trying to report him. He has no business managing customers. I've escalated this to the regional manager and I expect my deposit refunded and this manager held accountable.
