Instead I took a Ford, with over 120,000 miles - a little better, but it had some major mechanical problems. It was dirty, as well. So I cleaned the entire inside - front and floors. When I returned it, they charged me an extra day for no reason. After I explained to them that I actually returned it not only on time, but about three hours earlier than planned, they still charged me an extra hour. Then, they added a $50 cleaning charge, something they never mentioned in the beginning. I cleaned the van before returning it, but they would not take the charge off. I will not rent from them again. Reasons: (1) false advertising, (2) added, undisclosed charges upon return, (3) major mechanical issues on their high mileage vans, (4) unavailability to discuss charges after the return.

The vehicle was nice and clean. She was fantastic. Airport pick-up, however, was not so good. I use black car service regularly, and this was the first time black car service did not do a meet and greet at baggage claim. I was traveling with my mother, and she is in a wheelchair, so getting our luggage and maneuvering out to find the driver (different driver) was inconvenient. Also, my niece said she was getting car sick, as the drive to the house was quite jerky and brake-heavy. I may use them for the airport drop-off but will look elsewhere for the return/pickup.
