There are a variety of different trainers as well. Literally, there are so many different people of all ages and ranges when it comes to fitness. When I joined I instantly felt connected to the group I workout with and my trainer. You will find an encouraging atmosphere with various fitness levels. The workouts are high energy but I love that I am able to take each rep at my own pace. At each camp group you will find people at various fitness levels so I love that I don't feel the need to compare myself to others. Also, no 2 workouts are the same, even from trainer to trainer. There are many locations throughout the BCS area, with a variety of start times, to choose from. There are also several trainers to choose from so you can definitely find the right fit! All you need is a mat, a set of weights, and some water! The great thing is that if you are just starting, your trainer will have a mat and weights you can use while you try to figure out which weights are right for you, so don't let the lack of equipment stop you from starting! Every Saturday there is a community workout which typically takes place at Wolf Pen Creek. It is free to anyone who wants to come so this is a great opportunity to try it out. You can also be on the lookout for any specials they offer for a free month or discounted month, to try it out. If you are looking for some extra motivation to get your fitness journey started or to push it further, look no further!

On a recent visit, I arrived 18 minutes late and was not aware of a cutoff time for joining a…read moreworkout. At other facilities I have attended, even if a student arrives late, they are still given the option to participate--either by starting with the workout of the day, joining where the class is, or being offered an alternative such as using a bike or treadmill. Unfortunately, I was not provided any of these options and was turned away. I contacted the General Manager regarding this incident and was informed that participation is left to the coach's discretion. I shared my concern that, as a paying client, participation should not be determined by preference or convenience, but rather by a clear and consistent policy. Additionally, the General Manager has not been pleasant to work with during this process, which has only added to the frustration. Being turned away in front of a group of people was both embarrassing and discouraging, and I no longer feel comfortable returning. The GM advised he would not be able to cancel my contract and all gyms do this (not true). I will be taking further action if not resolved.
