I first tried it a while ago and remember feeling a little intimidated, but still had a great experience. After moving back to the area, I decided to give it another shot...and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is incredibly welcoming. The instructors (shoutout to Julieta, Emma & Katie Z!!!!) go out of their way to learn your name and get to know you, which makes the experience feel very personal and encouraging. It's such a supportive environment, whether you're new or have been going for a while. The studio is located in a really pretty area with plenty of parking, and the lockers make it easy to drop your things and head straight into class. They also offer a Rapid Access Pass (4 classes for $64), which is an amazing value and makes it easy to stay consistent. I can't recommend this place enough!! I'm already looking forward to my next class.

Turned out I wasn't able to do it online so I gave them a call and they were amazing! They booked me right away. Great customer service. The facility is really nice and comfortable. Upon waking in it was spacious and they greeted me. After checking in, they let you borrow shoes for free. There are lockers with keys to put your personal belongings. Bring your own bottle and you can fill it up using the purified water station. My instructor was DByrd he was really energetic and taught a great class. I loved how it was a mix of high intensity cardio and then choreo and then weights. There are towels at every bike. The bike was newer and really comfortable. The shower was clean and they provide towels for you to use with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion. First timers ride for free for their 1st ride and then get $40 off any unlimited ride or 10 ride package after completing their first ride. Great experience. Love FP!

They have an area for you to put your belongings and locked with a key. They have many options for different instructors and class times. I just wish everyday they had a 6:45pm class since I work till 5-6pm daily. For my first visit the people who checked me in, helped me fix my bike and showed me how to click in my shoes to the bike. The only thing i would've hoped to get was a more personable "meeting" with the instructor. The classes are so small it's not hard to do. Plus when the class was over we were told for the new people to come to the front. I was thinking we would have a conversation about how we liked the class, what we didn't like, what we were looking for.., but nothing she just handed us a coupon and said thank you. But overall I enjoyed the place and still going back and trying out different instructors classes.

Ok, I'm a coach at Row House so, of course, I'm going to recommend. We have a great crew of coaches…read moreand staff that are here to give you, not only a great workout, but also a great experience. Now let me tell you why I personally would recommend even if i didn't coach. I workout and run a lot! Rowing is the one thing I've found that I can do, work hard, and walk away not feeling destroyed. Honestly, this is just what I've needed to compliment my running. The pain in my knees and heal has decreased dramatically in just this first two weeks of rowing. My body is getting stronger and I'm still working hard and recovering better. Enough about me!! Go try! See for yourself! This workout is for everyBODY!

I had a very disappointing experience with Row House College Station's billing and cancellation…read moreprocess. I signed up under a promotional unlimited membership and later submitted cancellation forms because I did not want to continue. After the cancellation process had already started, I was charged $199, which included a $159 membership charge, a $25 returned payment fee, and a $15 late fee. I tried to resolve the issue, but the process took repeated communication, a bank dispute, and multiple follow-ups before I finally received confirmation that my account was canceled and that no future charges were scheduled. What bothered me most was not just the money, but the way the situation was handled. I am a teacher and military personnel, and I felt like there was very little care, respect, or understanding shown to me as a person during this process. I was trying to communicate clearly and resolve the issue fairly, but the experience felt stressful, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. In the end, Row House confirmed that my account was fully paid and canceled, but they refused to refund the $25 returned payment fee and $15 late fee. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a membership read the terms carefully, save every email and text, and get every cancellation or billing promise in writing. The classes may be a good fit for some people, but my billing and cancellation experience left a very negative impression, and I personally would not recommend this studio.

I ended up with the Elite membership going twice per week and paid the additional class for quite some time... During this time I was going to PT for runners knee. After doing the rower, my runner's knee healed on its own! The coaches are great! They will ask if anyone had any injuries and help you adjust to any workouts. In 7 weeks I dropped two sizes! People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

It was a group class, which is great for motivation and some comradery. Because I was new, the coach paid attention to me to ensure my form was right. There was a little pressure to join after the free class - but because I liked it so much, I joined. I like that the gym has different plans based on how many times a week you come. There's nothing as bad as paying for services you don't use. I'm a happy member and can't wait for my fitness to improve this year!
