She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. First off, there was a strong smell of something (mildew?) as soon as inhaled into the door. Maybe cleaning product, but it was not a good first impression. I asked if I could just look at the facilities to see what they had compared to LT but I only had a few minutes and didn't want a full blown tour. Front desk guy looked confused and called the manager and told me that I had to take the full tour and go over pricing before they would let me walk through - or I could buy a day pass to do so. Unbelievable - needless to say I turned around and walked out. That interaction was all I needed to know about how they operate.
