Few days later he finally texted back asking about our availability which he was provided 3 full open days to come out which he never did and ghosted us at that point. Pay the extra 10K or so and go with a company that is definitely less stressful and takes the time to deal with their clients; whom are spending their hard earned money to hire you. In one example not only the half-used bottle of water was left behind on the treadmill, there were food crumbs on it. In another example an underwear was hung on the wall of a women's bathroom stall. Unfortunately despite repeated reporting to the manager/supervisor things are getting worse. 2. For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.

In January, we signed up for a new thing VillaSport offered: a $212/month non-member swim lesson subscription. We are not members; these are just swim lessons for our child with a monthly payment of $212. But since then, our account has been hit with unauthorized charges beyond the subscription, totaling $636. A manager acknowledged the billing error and issued a refund, but then, VillaSport reversed those refunds. We are now right back where we started, after over a month of trying to recover these funds. When we spoke to the front desk, we were actually cautioned against filing a credit card dispute, as we were told the company "automatically disputes" them. After looking at some of the 1-star reviews, it appears this issue is not unique to me.

The build itself went smoothly, but everything since then has been a nightmare. We have not been able to properly use our pool since early July (and even before then it was questionable at best). We have reached out multiple times--at least 4 times in the last month alone--about issues with the pressure and the pool not working correctly. Two people came out (one of them the owner himself), and nothing was fixed. We also requested a cleaning and were told someone would be sent, but no one ever showed. The owner's son came out a couple of times and half-heartedly looked things over. He never taught us how to check or run the system (which we were promised after our pool was built). When our landscaping and trees all died within a week of installation, I personally spoke to him several times for guidance and got zero follow-up. To make matters worse, we were told that our sand filters needed to be replaced--less than a year after installation, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years. I have personally power-washed the filters multiple times trying to fix the pressure issue and even spent my own money buying four brand-new filters. At this point, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through from this company has been beyond frustrating. The construction was great, but the service and ongoing support have been absolutely terrible. We invested a lot of money into this pool and have been left with nothing but headaches and an unusable system. We are now looking elsewhere for service. Save yourself the frustration and get your pool serviced elsewhere.

After the storm that hit Houston last week, I was without power for 5…read moredays, my pool hadn't been serviced in 2 weeks, and my previous "pool guy" was unresponsive and no where to be found- PG Pool & Spa came to the rescue. Mark & Christian added me to their schedule on Saturday (Memorial Day weekend). They arrived at 8:00pm after servicing all of their established customers for the day. My pool was in bad shape, it was green, had tons of algae and was chemically depleted. The level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service was something I've never experienced before, especially with pool service! They worked until 10pm, not taking a single short cut and explaining each step they were doing. The results, after just 12 hours, are incredible! You guys have earned a loyal and grateful customer!
