Well the managers excuse was it has a timer the timer went off so chicken is done there is no way to know if it is done & instead of giving them new chicken since the plate is now contaminated she wanted to just throw that piece back in the fryer with the chicken that the breading is already gone- so we asked for a new piece. I would think that a place that is supposed to be known for their fried chicken would know how to cook fried chicken. So my husband had ate the soup that came with his dinner because he thought he was gonna be eating a fried chicken dinner and you know that they charged him four dollars for that chicken when they never rectified his chicken being raw. So he ate nothing he was so aggravated with the manager, who is the owner's wife sitting there arguing with him about this raw chicken on his plate I mean, totally absurd.
