One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".
