Great little driving range. Short game area is lacking but the tees have some decent enough grass to hit off of.

I have been here before but this time I was taking it more seriously. This is a great course for someone like me. They don't have strict rules as far as attire goes, even though I do I have proper attire. If you don't, it's no biggie. It's not the most beautiful course I have ever seen but it was still challenging. My husband and I came out and had a great time. He beat me but I didn't do too bad. I will definitely be back! I know the reviews are mixed and I'm not a "golfer" but my father has golfed here and he is an avid golfer, he also said it wasn't bad. Give it a chance! Great for beginners and intermediate golfers; however, pro golfers will still enjoy it.

Unfortunately, on the grass range they don't have any club cleaners. Another minor concern is when you buy range balls. You have to walk to the golf cart hut, and then back over to the range. Might consider putting one a little closer to where you'll actually hit balls. Stay with me, only a few more complaints... The greens are really really slow. I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area where all the greens are fast and true so maybe that's the grass that they're using I never hit one past the hole. Maybe a me thing . Not sure if they can cut them much lower. Some of the tee boxes need attention. I just played two clubs back or basically found a tuft of green grass. Layout isn't that bad, it's just not very memorable. I'm not trying to bash them... OK, the good things: When you enter the course, nice big parking lot. They also have a very large covered area for eating outside after a tournament for gathering. The grass range is nice, again the club cleaners are needed. There are two practice greens, although one has dying grass, and the other clearly has invasive species introduced to that grass area. There's also an executive nine on the property! This is great for folks that don't have a lot of time or are new to golf. The course is flat so it is very walkable. It's a muni course, if you're a single, you can't book online, you need to call and they'll pair you up with someone no problem! Just go have fun, the staff are really good.

We were looking at the firearms in the case for a little while and were asked by one associate if we wanted to look at anything in the case and at that time we were not ready to see anything. There were 3 associates behind the counter at the time and another associate outside the counter talking to someone it seemed like he knew, we later found out this associate was a manager. When we were ready to look at a rifle from behind the counter we asked an associate that was working at the computer. At the time all the other associates had left from behind the counter and were talking with the manager and the person he seemed to know. The associate at the computer asked one of the associates now outside the counter to help us. The associate that was asked to help us clearly did not want to go back behind the counter to help us and verbal said so. He reluctantly went back behind the counter ,but after the way he acted and things he said about not wanting to help us (customers) I no longer wanted to deal with him. We decided not to look at a firearm and put down the other items we were going to purchase. We walked to the front and asked for a manager because we felt how the associate acted was very inappropriate and unprofessional. This is when we found out the associate standing outside the firearm counter was a manager. Mind you this manager stood there and saw how this associate acted and heard what he said. Said "manager" heard what we had to say and talked about some customer service award the store had previously received. It's great they had received this award ,but clearly based on the customer service we received that day we did not understand how the store received such an award. We were very disappointed and upset with the customer service we received on this visit. We will not be back and will be sharing with our friends and family about the customer service we experienced.

It's part resort, part convention center, part indoor botanical garden, and part entertainment destination. You could easily spend hours just wandering through the property. The highlight for me was the massive glass conservatories. They're filled with waterfalls, tropical plants, winding paths, and plenty of quiet spots to sit and take it all in. It's beautiful and unlike any other hotel I've visited. The property is a little dated in places, and I noticed a lingering smoke smell in some areas, which surprised me for a Marriott property. Because it's so large, be prepared to do a lot of walking. Fortunately, there are plenty of signs to help you find your way. Valet parking is available, and there are numerous restaurants and shops throughout the resort. Even if you're not staying overnight, I'd recommend stopping by to explore the atriums, grab a meal, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. It's one of those places that's hard to appreciate until you see it in person. Life is too short not to travel. Get out there, explore someplace new, and make some memories.

We needed to valet, check-in and assistance getting to our rooms. Most of us had at least THREE pieces of luggage! The resort is mammoth in size and it takes a few days to learn your way around even with a map. There's plenty of food options and many spaces to relax and enjoy the lovely waterfalls and plants. Some rooms have a balcony that faces the Atrium which added to the allure. Housekeeping staff were nice and ensured the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and that we had enough water. I enjoyed the boat ride and once I got my bearings, I was able to navigate the resort with ease. We had some storms that resulted in a power outage. That was interesting but everything was restored relatively quickly. I enjoyed the fireworks on Saturday night. I needed bell service on Sunday and Kyle was EXCEPTIONAL! He swiftly gathered my things and made sure I got to the shuttle bus which was ABOVE and BEYOND! There were so many of us that team had to call in out of town reinforcement. Only downside my room had NO VIEW. It was in the Magnolia section and the best part was its proximity to the convention center. Hopefully next time I can get a room with a balcony! Overall I enjoyed my six night stay and look forward to returning when I am on vacation!

The main draw of Two Rivers for me is the Greenway trails and of course the pedestrian bridge that crosses the Cumberland river and provides gorgeous views and a solid backdrop for a walk. The trails at Two Rivers are some of the most active in the city as at any given time of the day there are folks walking, blading, biking, jogging, etc...I spend most of my time when at the park on the greenway, it's well kept, well maintained, clean and peaceful. Outside of the trails, the park features a skate park, the water park, a golf course and a few other activity based areas. They also have a lot of public space and gazebos you can rent for parties and such. The park is huge, so you can access it from several areas from Briley, McGavock or Shelby Bottoms. The main entrance is just off of Briley, which is where I usually go, as parking is plentiful and it is a good start/stop point when hitting the greenway...plus the pedestrian bridge is right there! Overall, I really enjoy Two Rivers Park!
