Whether they could help me determine if I should play lefty or righty (I'm ambidextrous) 3. Whether my partner and I could take lessons around the same time I was told 1) yes 2) yes and 3) yes, but back-to-back. Which gave me confidence to book. Before the lesson, I completed the online questionnaire and spoke directly with the instructor, Rocco, clearly stating that my main goal was to figure out my handedness. I was assured this would be addressed. During the lesson, however, I was only given a left-handed club and never had the opportunity to try a right-handed swing. Even when I asked if I should switch, I was told we would continue with left-handed only. Since determining my handedness was the primary reason I booked, as well as something I confirmed multiple times, this was extremely frustrating. Additionally, a significant portion of the session focused on discussing long-term lesson packages, which made it feel more like a sales pitch than a $95 instructional session. After the lesson, my partners instructor asked me if I decided on left or right, and I replied that my instructor only gave me the chance to swing left. The other instructor seemed surprised. My partner did pick up a few helpful tips during their lesson, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, we both felt some pressure to sign up for additional packages, and I ultimately did not receive the specific guidance I came in for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for beginners looking for personalized instruction or help getting started.

A good friend of mine invited me to play a round of golf in the Summer of 2020. I forgot how much fun it was and I started playing regularly again; I was hooked. The only problem was... I was playing poorly. Consistently shooting in the 90's and feeling a lot of frustration with that. I spoke with Barney at the golf course I frequent and he said, "Let's put some time in and we'll get you good again." I noticed he was at the course frequently and doing a lot of teaching. This is a fantastic course for the kids. They are so flexible as to tee times. My sons started…read moreplaying there a few years ago, when they were about 11 and 13, and last year we decided it would make more sense to purchase a family membership for unlimited play. I think we got our money's worth, and this year my youngest will be spending LOTS of time there. I always feel safe dropping the boys there to play, together or with friends, unaccompanied by an adult. And let me tell you, I'm a paranoid mom. I know where every sexual predator in the county lives! Yeah, I'm one of those. I worry, and I like to be cautious and play it safe. And, they are safe here, so it's great. Inside they have a shop, with various items one might need to purchase in order to play...balls, tees, ball markers,visors etc. They also carry snacks and drinks, which is great in the heat of the summer...when they've emptied what they brought to drink and are bordering on dehydration! I just asked my boys what rating they would give the course, and the oldest said 4 stars but just because it is starting to get too small for him. To me, that's not a fair rating, because we know the Little Course is exactly that...little. So, it needs to be rated as such. My younger son, who is the one who really loves to golf, emphatically gave it 5 stars. So, there ya go...straight from the ones who use it!

I am a very beginner golfer and he helped me correct me to improve my swing. Need to work on my short game. Being able to see one, your stats (where your hitting the ball, speed, etc. and two, video of yourself swinging. Will totally be back to play. Golf is something I recently stated to get into. My husband obviously beat me but there were some holes we tied, which equated to a win in my book. Totally recommend for avid golfers in cooler weather to just keep your game up and definitely recommend for amateur/beginner golfers. Perhaps this class was not fully beginner friendly, but I still enjoyed it. The instructor explained that being overwhelmed with the unfamiliar terms is totally normal, and did a great job of walking me through the different parts of the mega reformer. I purchased grippy socks at the studio, and they had a great variety, with different colors, embroidery's, and sizes. I found street parking near the studio!
