Unfortunately, on the grass range they don't have any club cleaners. Another minor concern is when you buy range balls. You have to walk to the golf cart hut, and then back over to the range. Might consider putting one a little closer to where you'll actually hit balls. Stay with me, only a few more complaints... The greens are really really slow. I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area where all the greens are fast and true so maybe that's the grass that they're using I never hit one past the hole. Maybe a me thing . Not sure if they can cut them much lower. Some of the tee boxes need attention. I just played two clubs back or basically found a tuft of green grass. Layout isn't that bad, it's just not very memorable. I'm not trying to bash them... OK, the good things: When you enter the course, nice big parking lot. They also have a very large covered area for eating outside after a tournament for gathering. The grass range is nice, again the club cleaners are needed. There are two practice greens, although one has dying grass, and the other clearly has invasive species introduced to that grass area. There's also an executive nine on the property! This is great for folks that don't have a lot of time or are new to golf. The course is flat so it is very walkable. It's a muni course, if you're a single, you can't book online, you need to call and they'll pair you up with someone no problem! Just go have fun, the staff are really good.

Whether they could help me determine if I should play lefty or righty (I'm ambidextrous) 3. Whether my partner and I could take lessons around the same time I was told 1) yes 2) yes and 3) yes, but back-to-back. Which gave me confidence to book. Before the lesson, I completed the online questionnaire and spoke directly with the instructor, Rocco, clearly stating that my main goal was to figure out my handedness. I was assured this would be addressed. During the lesson, however, I was only given a left-handed club and never had the opportunity to try a right-handed swing. Even when I asked if I should switch, I was told we would continue with left-handed only. Since determining my handedness was the primary reason I booked, as well as something I confirmed multiple times, this was extremely frustrating. Additionally, a significant portion of the session focused on discussing long-term lesson packages, which made it feel more like a sales pitch than a $95 instructional session. After the lesson, my partners instructor asked me if I decided on left or right, and I replied that my instructor only gave me the chance to swing left. The other instructor seemed surprised. My partner did pick up a few helpful tips during their lesson, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, we both felt some pressure to sign up for additional packages, and I ultimately did not receive the specific guidance I came in for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for beginners looking for personalized instruction or help getting started.

I hit from the reds and for some reason my tee boxes seemed to be in the middle of the fairway more often than not but at nearly 5300 yards, I was none too happy to cut off a yard or two. It's a beautiful course with an island green, a large pond that affects several holes and a rock wall backdrop at times. The rough was that spongy grass that seems to suck up your ball so it's not hard to lose a ball in it even though it's not super deep. The pin placements were tough as times and paired with fast greens, it made for some tough putting experiences. Carts were nice with GPS and yardage stats. A cart lady was available often on the course. On course bathrooms were nice and had water to refill bottles. Staff was outstanding. Everyone we met was helpful and fun to chat with. We also took advantage of the free range balls before our round. Great experience.
