She pushes me every in session. Taking Pilates on an actual reform machine is so cool. The best way I explained it to my friends that have never taken it is that its like ballet weight lifting in a way. I come twice a week and do Planet Fitness alternating days. I am so impressed with how my muscles feel different than they do when lifting weights. I feel longer and leaner and the movements are just so different. I am loving the differences this makes my body feel. I especially love Jump classes on Friday, what a cardio workout and NO impact on the knees!

They could do some updates in that area but they are decent. They offer childcare from 6 weeks to 12 yrs old. You get 2 hours each day (total, not per child). It has really help my family (me) get to the gym without excuses. They have a big studio with machines and free weights. They have different classes during the day if you rather have a group class. They also offer personal trainers to help you with your fitness journey. They offer coffee and tea and have water fountains. They have a big parking lot and they have outdoor fields if you like to exercise outside. It's a great club for the whole family!
