My Impact Martial Arts family has given me the skills, opportunities, challenges, love, and support to totally change my life in so many ways. I even met my new best friend at the dojo!

There are pretty nice tennis courts on both the outside and inside of the "club", and there's a tiny gym upstairs with a few of everything. Amongst the treadmills that sometimes work, the other equipment that is older than dirt, and the single television that's usually stuck on Barney or some other PBS children's show, it's just not worth the money. I know there are other gyms in the area, so unless your game is tennis, I'd say shop around.

This includes at least one wheel chair player, kids of all ages and backgrounds, and adults - all one happy family (and growing). A sincere thanks and a solid recommendation.
