Please, look no further and go with Ty to help buy or sell your next home. Ty is genuine, authentic, honest, reliable, professional and most importantly punctual. Ty and his team are the quickest in the business. We were in a tight situation timing wise and Ty was able to help us get a competitive offer out within just a couple of hours of us seeing the home! Ty and his team were extremely thorough throughout the entire process and communication was key. To top it off, Ty was readily available at all hours of the day to respond to my follow up questions that I had. Ty was even kind enough to send us THREE gifts after the closing. The seller was very stingy and would not budge an inch when it came to concessions and so Ty was kind enough to purchase us a one year home warranty for peace of mind! Ty even went out of his way and sent our family a gift card for a food delivery company since we were coming in from out of town. To top it all off, Ty gifted us a beautiful basket at the closing table with local coffee and wine. It's safe to say that Ty went above and beyond the job requirements and I know he would do the same for you too. One major added bonus that sets Ty apart from every other realtor is the fact that he also offers property management services! Ty really is a one stop shop for all of your real estate needs. We do not plan to move into the home until next year and Ty was able to find us a renter in less than 3 weeks to fill our home! He even gave us a discount on his property management services since it's a short term deal. Thank you again for all that you did for our family Ty!

Don't be fooled by these planted, spotless reviews by his buddies…read more Everyone knows it takes years of skill and experience to build a strong REAL clientele of people who aren't your friends to actually EARN 5-star, slam-dunk reviews across the board. You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. Someone who will find you something appropriate within your price range, provide actual guidance and support, go to bat for you, and has negotiation skills. Not a young amateur who will not spend an extra minute on you and will screw you over with terrible advice to make a couple more bucks for his and his girlfriend's pocket. Or, you can just believe all these fake glowing reviews - that's exactly what he wants :) Just don't say I didn't warn you.

He's also walking a dangerous line by making claims that are not real when there is plenty of evidence otherwise. To give a bit more detail about how awful this man is let me share with you how when my mother was in the hospital with a brain injury he illegally entered my apartment and thought he was covered cause he called the cop to do health and wellness check. He claimed that my lease was up a full month that it actually was. That I needed to move out that day. The police officer came and realized what he was doing was illegal. She warned him not to enter the unit. He still did and decided to go through my personal stuff. I will attach screenshots of our conversations and how he was harassing me to remove my reviews about him that were put up previously. You can read the final email string below. I hope this helps anyone that is seriously thinking about this place. Please note that this was all happening while my mother was in a coma after a brain injury. He took advantage of me in my most vulnerable possible state. In the end he never returned my full deposit kept 40% of it and used damage that was from the previous tenants as evidence. At this point I just was too exhausted to even try to fight him for it. I figure letting the public know is much more powerful.

Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! When it came time to start looking, he graciously took us to every place we wanted to see including a couple that we knew would not be right for us (we wanted to get an idea of how the photos and real things would compare). Sometimes, like the day we found OUR home, he actually met with us twice in a day. It was a FSBO, but he left the gym and zipped over to see if there was a phone number on the sign, since there was only an email address on the Zillow listing. 15 minutes later, we were looking and shortly thereafter, ready to make an offer. Unbeknownst to us, the seller had been inundated with interested buyers and there was some drama involved that nearly cost us the house. Chad saved it for us by going over and beyond to help the seller. She told him that a great part of why she accepted our offer is because of his kindness and willingness to help. We moved into our home a mere 26 days after making the offer. We HIGHLY recommend Chad & Encompass Realty. Call! You will be so glad you did!

I have been living in one of founders 3 building since December. When looking for an apartment, I…read moremet the building manager named Rebecca and she showed me a nice apartment in the building. She informed me that the building was smoke-free and very quite. She also informed me that the building was no pets allowed. I've seen tenants with cats in the building. Both were very important. After moving in, I had to open my window, lite a candle and turn on the ceiling fan to get smoke out of my room. I was told it probably wasn't my neighbor because "he's the maintenance man." Maintenance man or not, no smoking means no smoking. I had to complain 4 different time before the smoking stopped. After I complained about the smoking, my neighbor started knocking everyday. Not sure what he's knocking on but I went to management about the noise. I was told I probably was hearing flooring being put in on the 1st floor. I live on the 3rd floor. I'm not hearing flooring being put in 2 floors down. I was also told maybe I was hearing the trash chute. Anyone can tell the difference between knocking and a trash chute. I'm far from stupid. Manager said he would listen to audio recordings of my neighbor knocking because it was my word against my neighbor's. Even though I have proof that he's knocking several times a day, any hour just to aggravate me, NOTHING has been done to deal with this issue. I've tried talking to the cooperate office. The lady at the corporate office left me a message that says " He's an employee and I don't THINK he would jeopardize his job doing something like that." Pretty much said he matters and you don't. NO ONE has taken the time to go to his apartment to see what he's knocking on are why he's knocking. I guess this is a good time to mention that all people should be treated equal. NOT HERE. I have 6 more months to live here. I should not have to deal with noise every other day because I live next door to "the maintenance man. Since the weather has changed, the apartment smells like mold and mildew. If you're looking for a quite place and respect, this company is NOT the company to rent from. #RESPECTGOESALONGWAY #MANAGEMENTDOESNOTCARE

We never once felt as though we were being rushed, or like we were wasting Beth's time. Beth was super knowledgable and always available. We were very interested in buying a "charming" (old) house. Beth was incredibly knowledgeable from everything to weird electrical outlets, to ancient windows and wood floors. Each home we walked through, she was sure to point out small things that we could admire or question. Once we found a house, Beth was kind enough to give up a few hours of her afternoon to discuss the charm of the house, bringing up a few things we should watch out for on the home inspection. She helped us fill out the paperwork, and within 24 hours the house was ours! Beth recommended a home inspector, and also gave us a list of contractors that she trusts. She made the entire home buying process, and the home owning process so much easier than we anticipated. Over the holidays, we received a small box on the front porch. We opened it to find an adorable custom wooden ornament to remember our first home. How sweet!
