Not to mention the lack of communication, the aggravation and the overall uselessness of the agent. I never felt he was 'on my side' so to speak. He was disrespectful and condescending. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or he speaks to all his clients in that way. If I was not as eager to sell as I was, I would have waited out my contract and gone with someone else.
