I lived in Evergreen Terrace for three years. They've always responded quickly to any questions I've had, answered maintenance requests in a timely fashion, and communicated well to me. I gave my roommate our two bedroom when he wanted to live with his girlfriend and was stuck finding my own one bedroom. Evergreen was still the best value for my money I could find and switching over was easy. The only reason I moved out was because I was looking for a two bedroom with my girlfriend and none were available at the time. We kept an eye out on their website, though.

We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.

Some of the brokers gave figures that turned out to be too good to be true. Others gave us figures that made us question whether we could even afford a home. We worked with Rachel Wieland, who was absolutely fantastic. She didn't just sell us a mortgage. She asked us all the right questions and set up a great loan that was geared toward what we wanted to accomplish. If we had any questions, Rachel was there to answer them, and she got back to us quickly. She even provided a way to contact her after hours if something important came up that required immediate attention. She explained the entire process to us start to finish and when we closed, there were absolutely no surprises at all. Rachel was a great guide. We did compare terms, closing costs and other fees with the other firms that contacted us, and Wisconsin Mortgage Group offered the best bang for the buck, including the interest rate. I've purchased several homes in my life, obtaining this mortgage was the least stressful yet. I absolutely recommend Wisconsin Mortgage Group and especially Rachel Wieland. Cheers!
