Update: old Wisconsin investments are now evicting tenants on no cause month to month lease. My daughter was given a move out notice. Don't not rent from these people. They think slapping on a coat of paint, ripping up the carpet and putting in a dishwasher without updating the plumbing is going to make a tenet turn a blind eye to the damaged mailbox's, nasty carpet in the hallway's, cracked foundation and bedbug and roach infested walls. Not to mention the black mold in the basement storage units that they provide for tenet's. Can't get a hold of anyone to actually get something fixed. They work out of a PO box so you can't directly give them your rent and or speak to them in person. This couple makes their living by lying and and manipulation. The wife is very rude and hostile. Terrible terrible people. Where should I start? If you gave your security deposit to Jacinta or David it's already too late. First off its 2023 and these freaks work out of a P.O. Box and make direct deposit such a difficult thing to set up even though it's the easiest thing in the world. These money hungry freaks will do anything in their power to keep your deposit. My lease started off with another management company until Jacinta and David took over and everything went downhill from there. If you need anything fixed better be prepared for them to show up at your door at a random time without notice and then have to wait over 2 months for anything to happen. Have some forms you need them to fill out? Good luck sending them anything to their email, they will "NEVER" answer emails even though they have one, totally beats me why they don't. Ohh.. you wanna give them a call instead? Prepare to leave countless voicemails and to never receive a call back. I have tried to call them and email them many times with questions and you know how they contacted me back? Through text and even through this text Jacinta is very hostile like the other reviews states. I don't know why this person is like this but they need help. I don't understand how someone could go into this type of work and have such terrible communication skills. They send out a mass announcement through their shitty resident portal 1 week prior to rent being raised. If you are one of the unfortunate ones who is currently in their lease I would move out as soon as the lease is over. Don't clean at all when you leave because it won't even matter. I spent 2 days cleaning, mopping, disinfecting and even rented a carpet cleaner to clean every room because the carpet was complete trash even before I moved in and at the end of this all I get the report in the mail that I "DID NOT" clean anything at all and the place was nasty and dirty. They kept my deposit because of how bad the place was and that the doors were damaged. The only damage on the door was the peeling paint because of how terrible the prep job was prior to painting and the painted started to flake off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FREAKS, if you don't believe me just go look at their terrible website and how crappy it's set up with the fake testimonials. On the bright side though if you were ever in a situation where you had to call somebody and you can win I would definitely 100% without a doubt call Jacinta because god know she will never answer the phone. read more

I lived in a unit managed by Jacinta Hainline for around 2 years. During this time we had absolutely no issues, and the entire process was very easy. Upon move-out Jacinta claimed she needed to call a cleaning crew over minor amounts of dust in the unit, removing every cent she could from our security deposit. Me and my girlfriend spent 7 hours before move-out getting this unit in better condition than when I first received it, and Jacinta was outwardly rude and claimed we should have just paid someone to do it. I am genuinely certain if I had spent hundreds to have someone clean the unit Jacinta would have just found another way to take my money, as she has likely done to others many times before. I work right across from this unit and I'm well aware no cleaning crew was called, as if one was needed in the first place. On top of this Jacinta told us we needed to vacate the unit by noon the day before lease end, and then claimed this was stipulated on the lease when it was not. She lied to us about how the lease worked to get us off her back. Jacinta and David Hainline will take your money without remorse, and they prey on those much less fortunate than themselves. Do not rent from these people unless you want them to lie to your face about why they need to steal your money. read more

Total slum lord. Signed a lease with this David Hainline when I was moving to Kenosha, WI for a job relocation. I had to go by pictures of the place he was renting and their word as to it being a nice place in a decent neighborhood. When I showed up there the house was in complete disrepair. They didn't even vacuum or dust the wood floors and there was dirt from the previous person living there with mold growing in the bath tub. Then outside I found used condoms laying on the back porch and the neighborhood it was in was not a nice area as they promised me but was total ghetto with houses on either side overgrown with weeds and just a totally trashy neighborhood. Since I was from out of town and really didn't have much options since I was there with a van load of all my stuff I reluctantly decided to see if I could make the best of it and maybe it was just honest mistakes. So then when I moved in David Hainline acted all nice and friendly, but then when the first month was rent was due I had told him when I moved in that my pay checks were going to be a little off the first month so it may be a couple days late and he acted like it was no big deal and not to worry about it. Rent was due on the 1st, the very next day he was blowing my phone up and actually showed up at my door that afternoon demanding payment. I explained to him what we had talked about and his response was to start screaming and yelling and making a scene. This pretty much set the tone until the end of the lease. I continued to have issues with the place including heat that didn't work for almost 3 weeks in December and I had to use space heaters to keep the place liveable. Obviously I promptly moved out after I was out of the lease. So I would warn anyone not to rent from these people as they are all BS until they get the lease signed then totally treat you like animals. read more
