Colleen Tarantino from Redefined Realty Advisors is an extremely professional and knowledgeable…read morerealtor. My father recently passed away leaving us his house. It was dated and needed love but was on a beautiful lot in New Berlin. Colleen loved the property as much as we did, she saw the potential. Colleen was prepared with several comps pricing it right. We received multiple offers in less than 48 hours. Colleen walked us through all of them. Her guidance enabled us to sell at a price much higher than the list price with exceptional terms. The closing was very organized, taking less than 30 minutes. Colleen and everyone else at Redefined Realty Advisors were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

We recently sold our $400k+ Waukesha county home using Redefined Realty. It is a long sad story of…read morehow we found them, but here are the basics: We first listed with Remax, who made a complete and absolute MESS of our listing. We sat on the market for 6 months with Remax with little activity. Remax had our information wrong, used horrible cheap looking pictures, didn't vette out tire kickers, etc... The Realtor was lazy, and was just sitting back waiting to collect his pay-day. Don't listen to the 6% realtors they are full of CRAP. They don't do anything better in this era of internet savvy shoppers. All you are doing is WASTING YOUR MONEY and making some lazy person rich. We had a gorgeous fully updated home that SAT due to a lazy, greedy realtor who simply wanted to maximize his profit for doing NOTHING. After our listing expired with Remax we looked to friends to suggest a Realtor - John Gscheidmeier was the man. John came in as a Real Estate PROFESSIONAL. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best. Redefined is the wave of the future, you get more with these guys as a seller than you will with anyone - guaranteed. Put some money back in your pocket and ignore the B.S. the 6% realtors are telling you - you will be happy you did.

They were able to get us a loan with a lower interest rate by exploring programs built for folks with our income and location and added value for us by having a wide net of support with their mortgage team compared to a big bank. They even communicated directly with our realator to make sure we had seamless processing of our loan. Brian, David, and Cherie were on our loan team and I would recommend working with any of them.

Other members of my family use her as well and all say the same. I think it helps using someone that comes recommended! Sandi helped us with the purchase of our condo back in 2020, and then the purchase of our home in 2022. I'll be honest, the mortgage world was all new to me during these times, so I've had many questions along the way. Sandi's never hesitated to take my calls or respond to all of my emailed questions. Happy to say we ended up on our home at an acceptable rate (in this economy anyway). Most recently, I reached out to her to chat about refinance options, PMI removal inquiry, and a few other things. Again, always quick to respond and help navigate best financial options in these scenarios. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional. Also just really friendly and easy to talk to, never making me feel dumb for all of my silly questions :)

I really wish that I could recommend Ty more, but I just can't. Ty will treat you like his own…read morefamily member and is the kind of real estate agent that you want in your corner. Please, look no further and go with Ty to help buy or sell your next home. Ty is genuine, authentic, honest, reliable, professional and most importantly punctual. Ty and his team are the quickest in the business. We were in a tight situation timing wise and Ty was able to help us get a competitive offer out within just a couple of hours of us seeing the home! Ty and his team were extremely thorough throughout the entire process and communication was key. To top it off, Ty was readily available at all hours of the day to respond to my follow up questions that I had. Ty was even kind enough to send us THREE gifts after the closing. The seller was very stingy and would not budge an inch when it came to concessions and so Ty was kind enough to purchase us a one year home warranty for peace of mind! Ty even went out of his way and sent our family a gift card for a food delivery company since we were coming in from out of town. To top it all off, Ty gifted us a beautiful basket at the closing table with local coffee and wine. It's safe to say that Ty went above and beyond the job requirements and I know he would do the same for you too. One major added bonus that sets Ty apart from every other realtor is the fact that he also offers property management services! Ty really is a one stop shop for all of your real estate needs. We do not plan to move into the home until next year and Ty was able to find us a renter in less than 3 weeks to fill our home! He even gave us a discount on his property management services since it's a short term deal. Thank you again for all that you did for our family Ty!

Don't be fooled by these planted, spotless reviews by his buddies…read more Everyone knows it takes years of skill and experience to build a strong REAL clientele of people who aren't your friends to actually EARN 5-star, slam-dunk reviews across the board. You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. Someone who will find you something appropriate within your price range, provide actual guidance and support, go to bat for you, and has negotiation skills. Not a young amateur who will not spend an extra minute on you and will screw you over with terrible advice to make a couple more bucks for his and his girlfriend's pocket. Or, you can just believe all these fake glowing reviews - that's exactly what he wants :) Just don't say I didn't warn you.

We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.
