I was recently in the market for a different house and thought that I found a great one. Nope…read more Turns out that the lot lines that show up online were nowhere close to actual. It seems very dishonest and deceptive. The physical description was accurate but there were no warnings or advisements indicating that the actual dimensions of the property varied from what was shown. Buyers beware, Real Estate agents are the new version of shady used car salesmen. Luckily I found out the actual dimensions before I made a costly mistake. Just as a point of reference, the actual lot size was between a half and a third of what was shown on the map. I don't know if this due to some technical error, laziness or incompetence.
