Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! When it came time to start looking, he graciously took us to every place we wanted to see including a couple that we knew would not be right for us (we wanted to get an idea of how the photos and real things would compare). Sometimes, like the day we found OUR home, he actually met with us twice in a day. It was a FSBO, but he left the gym and zipped over to see if there was a phone number on the sign, since there was only an email address on the Zillow listing. 15 minutes later, we were looking and shortly thereafter, ready to make an offer. Unbeknownst to us, the seller had been inundated with interested buyers and there was some drama involved that nearly cost us the house. Chad saved it for us by going over and beyond to help the seller. She told him that a great part of why she accepted our offer is because of his kindness and willingness to help. We moved into our home a mere 26 days after making the offer. We HIGHLY recommend Chad & Encompass Realty. Call! You will be so glad you did!

‼Caution and Warning ‼ Think twice before you sign lease across Morgenson Realtor Apartments…read more(especially Menomonee Falls, Milwaukee, Wisconsin). You will be responsible to pay rent until the lease ends, even if you give notice of 2 months. I paid lease break fee of $500, given one month notice and paid 2 months rent and utilities after leaving the property. Morgenson also hold $1000 rent in advance. After paying 2 months of extra rent, my home listing was prematurely removed from the Cameron Heights website after the approved tenant was confirmed, which halted marketing. After few days, cameron heights management sent an email stating that the tenant is not moving as planned due to his personal reasons and you need to continue paying rent Until a he or new tenant comes or until end of the lease. Additionally, I lost 2 crucial weeks of marketing during the peak summer season due to technical issues with the Morgenson website. These issues were not resolved until I followed up multiple times. Property manager role is very crucial in any rental property and she failed to get a new tenant and her communication with existing tenants is very very unprofessiona. You can check with any existing tenant at cameron height, menomonee falls - wisconsin.

What I like best about Frontier is their efficiency behind the scenes. When I send them an order, they do their job in making sure to get everything done in a timely manner. In one post closing misunderstanding, the owner of the company and head of legal were available to both the client and myself giving us actual solutions with tangible proof rather than dodging our calls. I've found Frontier to be trust worthy, knowledgable and look forward to working with them for years to come.

I rated this business low for multiple reasons, mainly is that I have never heard back from them…read more First is that their phone number on google is no longer in service. Second their business address on google does not exist as I went to the address myself and asked the business owners there if they ever heard of the Kirchoff group in the building and they said no. I went on their website and called the Wisconsin branch number several times but all it did was ring. Left a voicemail and never heard back. I called the California branch number and got a voicemail. I called but they never responded back. They listed a property on their website I am interested in, but communication has been virtually nonexistent. I contacted them thru Hemlane.com about my application and some questions but heard only one responded regarding contact information about a relator, whose phone number provided to me was different than her website and have heard nothing since. Overall, very disappointed by this group and the experience I had. Was hoping to gear back for the apartment soon but doubt I ever will.
