You couldn't be FARTHER from the truth. If something went wrong it had to be on YOUR END. Rob knows his stuff!!! Rob, THANK YOU for helping my multi-racial family find the perfect home. I can say you definitely don't deserve to be called that! Rob went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find a home. He was patient and understanding and not once did he try to talk me into something I didn't want or steer me in the wrong direction. He was genuine and had MY best interest at heart. Night or day, he answered my texts, calls, explained each step in the process, and kept me updated on new and upcoming listings. The BEST PART is that he got me into my requested showings in no time. If the house was overpriced he'd explain why (aging appliances, leaky windows, outdated fixtures)--even the little things I didn't think about but not once did he say I should or shouldn't buy a certain house--leaky windows or not. He had MY BACK! He was VERY straight forward and did everything he could to show me houses with what I asked for to be in them. He listened to me and worked his tail off to find a house that I LOVE. Rob was able to get me in to see my house before anyone else, put my bid in quickly (which made all of the difference), and negotiated a price in MY FAVOR! MY ONLY regret ....wasting time with other realtors who fit me in when they could, and NOT finding ROB sooner! TRUST ME, you WON'T be disappointed with Rob. He did everything I wanted and then some!!!

Rob was referred by a mutual friend as he had recently sold my pal's townhouse for him. Rob took on the task happily and man did he hit a home run. Rob looked over the house, did some painting and cleaning as needed (this was not addtl $$ - it was included in his fees!) We had 6 offers during the first open house, countered all 6, 5 accepted, and we picked our favorite. From there, Rob handled everything and was in constant communication. We did some E-Signing of docs as needed, chatted here and there about progress and then the house closed. I seriously was DREADING this process but it couldn't have gone smoother and better yet FASTER. We are eternally grateful for finding Rob and could not recommend anyone better to handle your Realty needs. I will sing his praises to anyone that I hear needs help in the Milwaukee area!!! Thanks again Rob!!! Gus & Annette in TX

We knew nothing about buying or selling before beginning this process, but Kathryn was there every step of the way to answer our questions. She helped us find our dream home and recently sell it so that we could move cross country. It was such an easy process because she helped every step of the way. Some things we loved: - Communication. Easy to always ask questions back and forth! And we never felt like a bother. - Great for first-time buyers and sellers. She really helped us feel comfortable because we honestly had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying or selling. - Very thorough. Buying and selling can be an overwhelming process but Kathryn broke everything down into easy steps throughout the journey. She helped us with lists, advice on what to look for, and more. - Just great to work with all around. As we got our home ready to sell, we had a lot of maintenance/painters/etc. coming through and they all loved how responsive, easy, and thorough Kathryn was too. There's no way we could have done this without her. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell and especially first time homebuyers and sellers because you really do want someone who makes you feel comfortable in this process.

He worked with us to flesh out all of the features we were looking for in a new home and patiently answered all of our never-ending questions and concerns. As we went on walkthroughs Paul knowledgeably pointed out potential issues and risks while explaining what could likely be done to address them so that we could make informed decisions. When we found the home we loved, Paul acted fast to make sure we were the first to see it. He gave us spot-on advice on how to structure our offer to have the best chance. Due to his advice and persistence in following up with the seller's agent, our bid won out against several others. In this market, that is pretty amazing! When the inspection showed several issues that would be costly to fix, Paul masterfully negotiated with the seller's agent to get it covered by them and then connected us with a great contractor to do the work. Without his negotiation skills, we would either have had to give up on the house entirely or face quite a large upfront out-of-pocket cost. During the lead-up to the closing, Paul made the process as smooth as possible by acting as a go-between with the lender and seller's agent and fixing any issues before we ever knew about them. We have already referred Paul to family and friends in the area and will continue to do so. If you are considering hiring Paul and the Nikolic Group, don't hesitate!
