We were targeting Whitefish Bay or Wauwatosa for our next home. We reached out to Jay, and he immediately set us searching for homes that met our criteria. We have a crazy schedule with managing a new job, moving a long distance, and having 2 kids under 6 at home. Jay and his team always worked around our schedule. They were responsive via email, text and phone calls at all hours. The market is really hot, and they were able to get us into newly posted homes quickly, and we were able to compete on every home we were interested in. They're a highly experienced team, and you NEED that support in this hot market. Everything we needed was written and submitted immediately. There were never any delays. Within a few weeks we found and purchased our dream home. We could not be happier. We will only use Jay Schmidt and team for any future real estate needs.

This was a big deal because I used this group remotely from out of state to sell my property in Wauwatosa. The group treats you with respect and I am very lucky to have been able to use them to sell this property. Definitely recommend!

Please, look no further and go with Ty to help buy or sell your next home. Ty is genuine, authentic, honest, reliable, professional and most importantly punctual. Ty and his team are the quickest in the business. We were in a tight situation timing wise and Ty was able to help us get a competitive offer out within just a couple of hours of us seeing the home! Ty and his team were extremely thorough throughout the entire process and communication was key. To top it off, Ty was readily available at all hours of the day to respond to my follow up questions that I had. Ty was even kind enough to send us THREE gifts after the closing. The seller was very stingy and would not budge an inch when it came to concessions and so Ty was kind enough to purchase us a one year home warranty for peace of mind! Ty even went out of his way and sent our family a gift card for a food delivery company since we were coming in from out of town. To top it all off, Ty gifted us a beautiful basket at the closing table with local coffee and wine. It's safe to say that Ty went above and beyond the job requirements and I know he would do the same for you too. One major added bonus that sets Ty apart from every other realtor is the fact that he also offers property management services! Ty really is a one stop shop for all of your real estate needs. We do not plan to move into the home until next year and Ty was able to find us a renter in less than 3 weeks to fill our home! He even gave us a discount on his property management services since it's a short term deal. Thank you again for all that you did for our family Ty!

Peter was so swift to book showings early, do video tours with us when we couldn't be there in person, and we trusted his input when we were evaluating the houses we did look at. Peter's attention to detail was so appreciated with every house showing. He pointed out things we would not have seen on our own. We knew nothing about buying or selling before beginning this process, but Kathryn was there every step of the way to answer our questions. She helped us find our dream home and recently sell it so that we could move cross country. It was such an easy process because she helped every step of the way. Some things we loved: - Communication. Easy to always ask questions back and forth! And we never felt like a bother. - Great for first-time buyers and sellers. She really helped us feel comfortable because we honestly had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying or selling. - Very thorough. Buying and selling can be an overwhelming process but Kathryn broke everything down into easy steps throughout the journey. She helped us with lists, advice on what to look for, and more. - Just great to work with all around. As we got our home ready to sell, we had a lot of maintenance/painters/etc. coming through and they all loved how responsive, easy, and thorough Kathryn was too. There's no way we could have done this without her. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell and especially first time homebuyers and sellers because you really do want someone who makes you feel comfortable in this process.
