The complete opposite Once we met Jose, he immediately wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste any time trying to sell us something that we were not interested in or out of our budger. From there he created a document of 90 homes that fit our criteria. He allowed us time to look at them on paper and we then gave him a condensed list. He schedule as many showings as possible as to not miss out on something. Once we found the home we wanted Jose got the process started immediatley. Jose and Jennifer are amazing! When we met Jose, we were just in the beginning stages of learning about home ownership, and had NO knowledge of the home buying process. Jose was our agent this past summer when we moved to the Milwaukee area from Illinois. The market was insanely hot, and we were outbid on three Tosa houses - offering at asking, then $9k above, then $16k above.
