We knew nothing about buying or selling before beginning this process, but Kathryn was there every step of the way to answer our questions. She helped us find our dream home and recently sell it so that we could move cross country. It was such an easy process because she helped every step of the way. Some things we loved: - Communication. Easy to always ask questions back and forth! And we never felt like a bother. - Great for first-time buyers and sellers. She really helped us feel comfortable because we honestly had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying or selling. - Very thorough. Buying and selling can be an overwhelming process but Kathryn broke everything down into easy steps throughout the journey. She helped us with lists, advice on what to look for, and more. - Just great to work with all around. As we got our home ready to sell, we had a lot of maintenance/painters/etc. coming through and they all loved how responsive, easy, and thorough Kathryn was too. There's no way we could have done this without her. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell and especially first time homebuyers and sellers because you really do want someone who makes you feel comfortable in this process.

Her patience, respect for our wish list, and her honesty helped reduce our worries and anxieties about the whole process. With her help we found the home of our dreams in less than a month! Beth was recommended to us by everyone that we asked - we were hesitant to contact her because she seemed extraordinarily popular, and therefore, she must be busy. We never once felt as though we were being rushed, or like we were wasting Beth's time. Beth was super knowledgable and always available. We were very interested in buying a "charming" (old) house. Beth was incredibly knowledgeable from everything to weird electrical outlets, to ancient windows and wood floors. Each home we walked through, she was sure to point out small things that we could admire or question. Once we found a house, Beth was kind enough to give up a few hours of her afternoon to discuss the charm of the house, bringing up a few things we should watch out for on the home inspection. She helped us fill out the paperwork, and within 24 hours the house was ours! Beth recommended a home inspector, and also gave us a list of contractors that she trusts. She made the entire home buying process, and the home owning process so much easier than we anticipated. Over the holidays, we received a small box on the front porch. We opened it to find an adorable custom wooden ornament to remember our first home. How sweet! We will never buy or sell a home in the Milwaukee area without Beth's assistance - and we recommend you do the same!

We will be going back to Beth when we sell and buy again!

Mandi is as good as it gets!…read more My partner and I recently worked with Mandi to find the perfect house in the greater Milwaukee area, settling in Glendale. We were on the hunt for a mid-century modern home with some personality. Mandi got us access to the MLS listings quickly, and we were off to the races. Buying your first home can be very nerve wracking and you're pretty much learning as you go. We felt confident in the decisions we made while working with Jill. She has a vast knowledge of houses and she taught us a lot along the way. For example: she taught us about wells and septic tanks; how they work (neither of us had any previous experience with them), how the pre-sale inspections work, and how to maintain them if we bought a house that had them. She also pointed out a lot of details about each house we looked at. Details you should know about before buying the house and details you might miss as a buyer...which was a big deal to us. She even crawled around all the mechanicals, checking them for age and any external signs of having problems. Jim and Jill are both extremely knowledgeable and they have a lot of experience backing them as well. Jill is also an interior designer so she gave us lots of ideas while we walked through all the houses we saw with her. She put in a lot of long hours to help us find a house that we loved. That's another great thing about Jim and Jill, they sincerely want you to love the house you buy. They work hard for as long as it takes until you find the right one. And as a bonus: you end up feeling like you have two new friends! :) Jim and Jill (and their team) are great people to work with! They are honest professionals who work hard for you and enjoy what they do. We recommend them to everyone we know! We highly encourage you to go with them as your realtors! Before finding Kat, we struggled for over 6 months in Austin's stressful seller's market. As first-time homebuyers, we felt completely overwhelmed. That all changed when we were introduced to Kat. Within 3 months, we closed on our first home. My top 3 reasons for recommending Kat: 1) Kat knows not only Austin, but also its surrounding areas (Bastrop, Elgin, Wimberley, etc). Though we looked at homes in Austin, we ended up in Spicewood. It was great to have a realtor whose knowledge was so expansive. 2) Kat has the experience to get your offer selected in a competitive market. We were in a multiple offer situation, and though our offer wasn't the highest, it was selected - all thanks to Kat's skills! 3) Kat truly cares about YOU as a person. She is passionate about understanding what you want and doing everything in her power to make it happen. Without a doubt, Kat will be our go-to realtor the next time we are ready to sell or buy.
