So if they don't pick up the phone on the first try, or respond to an email in a few minutes, be patient. They WILL respond and they (Marvin and Amber) are two of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This is their livelihood, their reputation, their family's future and you can tell that they take that seriously. In fact, two months before we were scheduled to have the tree removed, we noticed a pretty concerning crack in the trunk (down to the root) on one of the trunks. Afraid the tree was compromised and there was a significant risk of it falling on the house, we called Kingdom and they came out within a couple of days with a lift and removed the canopy from the affected tree. They saved us a lot of anxiety and a LOT of potential damage! A few weeks later, they were able to bump us up in the schedule and got to work removing the entire tree. The work? AMAZING! When I say my tree was massive, I mean MASSIVE!! 5 trunks clustered into one and taller than our two story house! Each morning Marvin and his crew showed up at 8:00 AM on the dot, worked through the day and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Some minor hiccups (honestly I can't believe there weren't more with this kind of work), but these people are solid and made sure everything was handled immediately and professionally. I'm currently waiting on them to return to complete the stump grinding, but I'm sure that will go off without a hitch as well :) I will recommend Kingdom Landscaping - and Marvin and Amber - to anyone I know needing tree trimming, tree removal, landscaping or snow services...in fact, I already have!!
