Needing to remove a massive tree in my backyard, I looked at a few companies. Ultimately, I went with Kingdom Landscaping...and I am so glad that I did!! This is a small FAMILY business - the kinds of businesses we should continue to support, not only in these times, but always. So if they don't pick up the phone on the first try, or respond to an email in a few minutes, be patient. They WILL respond and they (Marvin and Amber) are two of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This is their livelihood, their reputation, their family's future and you can tell that they take that seriously. In fact, two months before we were scheduled to have the tree removed, we noticed a pretty concerning crack in the trunk (down to the root) on one of the trunks. Afraid the tree was compromised and there was a significant risk of it falling on the house, we called Kingdom and they came out within a couple of days with a lift and removed the canopy from the affected tree. They saved us a lot of anxiety and a LOT of potential damage! A few weeks later, they were able to bump us up in the schedule and got to work removing the entire tree. The work? AMAZING! When I say my tree was massive, I mean MASSIVE!! 5 trunks clustered into one and taller than our two story house! Each morning Marvin and his crew showed up at 8:00 AM on the dot, worked through the day and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Some minor hiccups (honestly I can't believe there weren't more with this kind of work), but these people are solid and made sure everything was handled immediately and professionally. I'm currently waiting on them to return to complete the stump grinding, but I'm sure that will go off without a hitch as well :) I will recommend Kingdom Landscaping - and Marvin and Amber - to anyone I know needing tree trimming, tree removal, landscaping or snow services...in fact, I already have!! read more

Wow... I have never had such a horrible experience with a landscape company. Following our on site visit for a quote on a landscaping project we'd like done, my husband and I haven't heard back - not one word. I've emailed a couple times, called and left a couple voicemails, and even texted a couple times! Still nothing. I understand, based on the employer's voicemail message, that they have 5 kids and are busy; but, I have a life too that I am trying to balance, you are a business, and a prospective client is seeking your services - we at least need communication back somehow - even if if the job may be too big or you are not able to do it now... The motto noted of treating others the way you would like to be treated - with care, respect, and a personal connection? I'm strongly questioning that. Terrible! They stated they could save my ash tree. Charged me for Chemical treatment of $340 and never came back to trim tree. Had another guy come out today. Tree is not savable. Will cost $8700. Kingdom quoted $2000. read more

Everyone I spoke with at Kingdom Landscaping was fantastic. Their tree trimmers were polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job trimming my tree in my front yard. Their price was extremely reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I recently had Kingdom Landscaping come and take down a tree on my property and trim two others...one of them a large maple that needed a lot of shaping. They were busy, so it took a while for them to get to me on the schedule (which I found with others services as well), but when they did come, they did a really good job with everything. They hauled away everything that was cut, cleaned everything up very well, and had what I thought were reasonable rates. I had called and met with two other services and found that Kingdom Landscaping was very competitive with their prices. They came a few weeks later and ground the stump. It is winter now, so the ground is covered with snow. In the spring, they will clean up the pile from the ground stump, put down topsoil, and plant new grass. They were able to provide a spot on quote and took down several trees without injuries or property damage. I had a big job 9 trees that included a mix of types, all mature, and some dead trees. They navigated fences, houses, and power lines. This crew exceeded my expectations. I would use the again. read more

Requested for two swale placed in front of house, raise soil level up at house, and treat infected scot pine. hired them thinking they would be professional about it. next day see whole yard chopped up which is not necessary. embarrassing to hear neighbors talk about it. they bring in worst soil for reseeding which was full of rocks and trash. reseeding was done poorly. they threw the seeds by hand. now grass has grown in patches. called the second time. same way with seeds at surface. now will have to wait till late summer to have another company reseed. tree was improperly diagnosed and treated for wrong disease. always has excuse that their machine is broken. what a waste. read more
