They called me back promptly- I explained the work that I needed done (defensive action against the trees on one roof- and offensive action toward future Mother Nature outbursts by clearing some trees away from the house at another location) Matt (would this be the son of Dennis and son?) told me he'd have an estimate to me later that same day and true to his word it arrived via fax. The price was right- the timing to have the work done- the next day, and he asked for no deposit or anything even though this was all handled over the phone. Told me just to send him a chieck when the work was complete. Love that! My trees were trimmed, offending branches removed and all the debris hauled away. And even better news is that the roof was not damaged by the tree! You can't always anticipate what Mother Nature is going to dole out. He trimmed the lower branches and cleared some stuff from the upper branches. He chopped down a crab apple tree that was half dead and left the stomp at the height I asked for. We also had several cedar trees trimmed, to eliminate some of the debris on our roof and sidewalk. Jeff hauled all the branches and debris away. He raked the yard and blew the sidewalk! I was very pleased with his work and will hire him again to take care of some more trees in our yard, as finances permit! Jeff's estimate for the work we wanted done, was one of the best we received!
