Nick did an excellent job. Very grateful for the follow-up information and speedy reply time. Very satisfied with the company's customer service and communication. read more

Technician came out, looked in one place to think he located the entrance for a Chipmunk or Red Squirrel. (This spot was too small too allow the passage of skull of either species.) A trap was set and that was the last I heard from him. It is NOW 40 DAYS !!!!! since his visit. I left a phone message (NO RESPONSE). I left a message directly with someone in the office (NO RESPONSE). Nothing has been trapped; the trap was baited maybe 4 times in the initial 2 weeks - only to be successfully feeding a mouse. NO REACH OUT from this company since that initial visit 40 DAYS AGO. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY. read more

Wow! Nick found the wasps' nest in about 4 seconds and he was done with treatment in quick-quick time. He even got up on a ladder and fixed some siding that came loose -- I didn't even tell him to. Then a couple of weeks later, he stopped by to see if the treatment worked. It totally floored me that a trade guy would provide that level of service. Nick and Advanced Pest go way above and beyond. You are nuts if you don't use this firm. read more

Responsive, knowledgable technician (Isaac!), timely, and effective. From quote to payment everything went smoothly and professionally. I signed up for the recurring services. I noticed a difference outside in days after the initial treatment. Would recommend. read more

We've been in our house almost 19 years and have lived with having mice in the basement on occasion. My steadfast rule was the minute I saw one on the main level, I'd call a service. Our neighbor Marc strongly suggested giving Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control a try -- he recently had an all-around amazing experience. So I called. They were able to come here within a couple days. A gentleman named Sage came here and was extraordinarily nice. He explained what he was doing and did an assessment around the house, finding a few obvious places mice could get in. He patched those up and put some bait boxes outside. He also located the likeliest spot the mouse found its way onto the main level. He blocked that off and left a trap there. A couple hours after he left, the trap went off and the offender was dealt with. and other than one more getting caught in the basement, so far so good with no sign of any more in the house. Even though I'm feeling optimistic the situation's under control. I've opted to have them come back in a quarter for peace of mind. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. Sage was great. I will without hesitation work with them again! read more

I can't give them enough stars! Used them on a recommendation of our sons who had squirrels in their chimney. Last Fall we woke up to noises in our attic and insulation on part of a lower roof. Nathan came and diagnosed the problem right away. Red squirrels made a home! Humanely (and that was important) trapped 2 and relocated them. These people do a great job and have a heart for the animals as well. Recommend without hesitation. Update 2/4/2026: Had them back again for a mice problems. Solved immediately. Can't recommend them highly enough. Ryan was the tech and he was also excellent! read more

Switched from another provider about a year ago, and we've been very satisfied. DJ is thorough, explains everything, and we've not had any issues since they took over. The cost is reasonable - you don't pay a monthly fee, just billed based on your usage. The scheduling team is very helpful, too. We'd definitely recommend Advanced Wildlife & Pest Control! read more

I had some lawn damage due to what I thought were moles. I spoke to Erica from Advanced Wildlife Control who asked for pictures which she gave to her manager. Turns out they were crawfish- I want to say that my interactions with them were very professional and they were extremely helpful!! They did not charge me for their help and also were very honest. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need any type of pest removal, I will call them! read more

Our technician, Ben, delivered outstanding, responsive service when a racoon decided our mother's attic was the place she'd have her litter. The coordination with Ben was flawless and although he couldn't capture the mother racoon the first attempt, he put out traps and was successful the following day. He informed us of all the actions he was taking and demonstrated professionalism & expertise as he humanely trapped the litter & mother for relocation. The cost for Ben's services were very rasonable. We were referred to Advanced Wildlife by another company we've used, but no longer do wildlife removal. I absolutely recommend Advanced Wildlife to anyone with a wildlife problem. Ben exceeded my expectations 100%! read more

I hired this company for mice abatement. They did a great job and, unlike most companies, they don't try the hard sell (oversell) and they don't require a contract. This is the only company that talked about, and took care of, eliminating any ways the mice were getting into the house. They then went into how to eliminate the problem from there. Their price is also less than HALF what any other competitor quoted me. Why would I go elsewhere. I'll follow up with this review if things don't continue to improve; at this point, I'm pleased. read more

Eric and the Advanced Wildlife team are awesome. After dealing with a bait and switch group, Critter Control, who constantly tried to upsell us, we found the down-to-earth, straightforwardness of Eric and the team here to be exactly what we needed. They take care of the problem and are realistic about solutions for upcoming issues. The fact is that we live in a wooded area and lots of little things seek warmer shelter with food inside. It's just refreshing to have such a cool team of people take care of these issues. They are dearly appreciated. read more

Had some wasp and bee problems at our house. Super easy to schedule and they had someone out within the week. House was done in less than 20 minutes and took care of all the issues. They also offered free respray if needed within 6 weeks (I believe) but that wasn't necessary. read more

Michael has had to come out to our house 2 summers in a row now. He's great at what he does and really cares about wildlife. Recommend him highly! Love Advanced Wildlife because they care enough about the wildlife not to euthanize it, but rather relocate them or bring babies to rehab folks for later release. This opossum is from 2022...adorable! read more

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable! He located the entry points for the mice, sealed those gaps, and set bait traps.

Had a mom raccoon and babies taking residence within our upstairs porch. Even though they had appointments for all their techs for the day, one managed to open his schedule for us. He was a total pro, securing the raccoon while on a ladder, then the babies. He even managed to separate a baby the mom had taken with her while never letting either escape the cage. Made it look easy. Will be using them in the future. read more

Got rid of our mice. However, they claimed that the service guy left 4 bait stations outside our home. We never saw anything that was left outside. They sent us a bill for $60 and more or less said that perhaps someone took them. Someone came in our gated and fenced property on a private road and took rat boxes. Yeah. Ridiculous. read more

They came the next morning and left bait traps and filled in a couple of outside holes where the mice were coming in. Only took a couple of nights before i stopped hearing them running around in the walls at night. Yuck@ read more

Wonderful, local, FAMILY-owned business, their customer service is top-notch! My family has used Advanced Wildlife for routine services since we moved into our home in 2009. They've kept wasps, mosquitos, and the dreaded Asian beetles from taking up residence for too long around the exterior of my home, sealing off any potential points of entry where mice may try to squeeze into, even came within an hour of my call when I found a sleeping bat in my attic during construction for an addition to my home. Mike has been my technician since we started using AWC but we've had a couple other guys and gals throughout the years when Mike was unavailable(vacation, or ill), they've all been great. read more

I have camera footage of the tech going past my solar decoration and a thump is heard on the audio. My neighbor found my decoration broken on the condo sidewalk. There are no other videos of anyone else going by. When I notified owner PJ that it appears his tech may have accidentally hit my decoration with his hose, I was told his tech has worked there for decades and wouldn't do that. Apparently accidents don't happen with this company. They certainly don't own up to any! read more

We have used the Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control for a number of years. Asked them to send out a technician to discuss options surrounding a mouse issue. Walked the perimeter of the house with a technician by the name of Tom to go over problem areas. Went into the house for a few minutes, came outside to a $200 bill. I didn't solicit the services he rendered, which was a few bait stations and possibly a few holes filled with a clear caulk of some kind. (Which I've been told by another pest control company that they'll just chew through) A week or so later I received a quote for several times the amount of what I paid to have them come fill in additional holes. After that frustration, I taped a motorcycle mirror to a stick and walked around the perimeter of the house and noticed several more potential entry points that the technician neglected to fill in. I also went into my basement and noticed areas where sunlight was coming in. I recognized zero value in these services, asked for a refund and was given half the dollar amount and given a letter from the owner PJ Winkelmann threatening to pursue legal action if I cashed the check and then left any negative reviews. "If, upon receipt of this payment, you continue to spread false information or leave negative reviews online, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect the integrity of our company and our image " read more

Excellent service! Used AWC to take care of squirrels in our chimney. From the phone call to their office through the succcessful trapping of the mother squirrel, extraction of her babies from the chimney and installation of chimney caps customer service and satisfaction was definitely a priority. Tim was the technician who came to our home. He quickly assessed the situation, set the trap for "mom"on the roof, and explained the next steps. "Mom" was in the trap within an hour! Alerted Tim who returned a few hours later to retrieve "mom" from the roof and the babies from the chimney! He then scheduled installation of chimney caps for the next morning (Saturday). Tim was efficient, professional, dependable, and personable. His passion for his job is evident. Highly recommend Tim & this company! read more

I thought I had an animal in my attic. Michael came out & told me it was birds getting under my siding. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options & also suggested changing my gutter guards which is a service they also provide. He gave me an estimate for everything. Excellent experience. John was to our house within a day and had the situation under control immediately. He caught one squirrel within a day and that sent the other away. Upon requesting an estimate on here, Paul got back to me within a couple hours with a flat rate price for an initial inspection regarding a mouse problem and a 30-day follow-up included. I was able to request a time online and Paul confirmed it with me directly, along with an explanation of what the technician was going to do. Tim K. was running late due to a job he was on being more complex than expected but frequently updated me with his ETA. I valued that they seem to go the extra mile to thoroughly complete each job and communicate with customers. When Tim arrived, he inspected my basement where I had seen mice feces. He explained how mice enter homes and signs of activity - very knowledgeable and experienced. Then, he went outside and filled in holes. He came back in and told me exactly where he had seen holes and where bait boxes had been laid. He then laid a bait box in the basement and addressed my concerns about my pets getting into them. Tim mentioned he knows people become concerned about poison and thus likes to reassure them on its effectiveness and safety. He took my payment information and explained a plan for future care. He mentioned that because it seems like just a seasonal mouse problem, not an infestation, that things would be under control quickly and that I would likely only need a lower-level service plan. I appreciated his honesty. After the appointment, I received a detailed email with the services performed, product and safety information, and an electronic invoice. Overall, I feel like I've formed a relationship with a great company and I am looking forward to seeing them maintain a mouse-free home. read more
