I can't give them enough stars! Used them on a recommendation of our sons who had squirrels in their chimney. Last Fall we woke up to noises in our attic and insulation on part of a lower roof. Nathan came and diagnosed the problem right away. Red squirrels made a home! Humanely (and that was important) trapped 2 and relocated them. These people do a great job and have a heart for the animals as well. Recommend without hesitation. Update 2/4/2026: Had them back again for a mice problems. Solved immediately. Our technician, Ben, delivered outstanding, responsive service when a racoon decided our mother's attic was the place she'd have her litter. The coordination with Ben was flawless and although he couldn't capture the mother racoon the first attempt, he put out traps and was successful the following day. He informed us of all the actions he was taking and demonstrated professionalism & expertise as he humanely trapped the litter & mother for relocation. The cost for Ben's services were very rasonable. We were referred to Advanced Wildlife by another company we've used, but no longer do wildlife removal. We've been in our house almost 19 years and have lived with having mice in the basement on occasion. My steadfast rule was the minute I saw one on the main level, I'd call a service. Our neighbor Marc strongly suggested giving Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control a try -- he recently had an all-around amazing experience. So I called. They were able to come here within a couple days. A gentleman named Sage came here and was extraordinarily nice. He explained what he was doing and did an assessment around the house, finding a few obvious places mice could get in. He patched those up and put some bait boxes outside. He also located the likeliest spot the mouse found its way onto the main level. He blocked that off and left a trap there. A couple hours after he left, the trap went off and the offender was dealt with. and other than one more getting caught in the basement, so far so good with no sign of any more in the house. Even though I'm feeling optimistic the situation's under control. I've opted to have them come back in a quarter for peace of mind. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. Sage was great. I hired this company for mice abatement. They did a great job and, unlike most companies, they don't try the hard sell (oversell) and they don't require a contract. This is the only company that talked about, and took care of, eliminating any ways the mice were getting into the house. They then went into how to eliminate the problem from there. Their price is also less than HALF what any other competitor quoted me. Why would I go elsewhere. Got rid of our mice. However, they claimed that the service guy left 4 bait stations outside our home. We never saw anything that was left outside. They sent us a bill for $60 and more or less said that perhaps someone took them. Someone came in our gated and fenced property on a private road and took rat boxes. Yeah. Ridiculous. read more

Had a mom raccoon and babies taking residence within our upstairs porch. Even though they had appointments for all their techs for the day, one managed to open his schedule for us. He was a total pro, securing the raccoon while on a ladder, then the babies. He even managed to separate a baby the mom had taken with her while never letting either escape the cage. I have camera footage of the tech going past my solar decoration and a thump is heard on the audio. My neighbor found my decoration broken on the condo sidewalk. There are no other videos of anyone else going by. When I notified owner PJ that it appears his tech may have accidentally hit my decoration with his hose, I was told his tech has worked there for decades and wouldn't do that. Asked them to send out a technician to discuss options surrounding a mouse issue. Walked the perimeter of the house with a technician by the name of Tom to go over problem areas. Went into the house for a few minutes, came outside to a $200 bill. I didn't solicit the services he rendered, which was a few bait stations and possibly a few holes filled with a clear caulk of some kind. (Which I've been told by another pest control company that they'll just chew through) A week or so later I received a quote for several times the amount of what I paid to have them come fill in additional holes. After that frustration, I taped a motorcycle mirror to a stick and walked around the perimeter of the house and noticed several more potential entry points that the technician neglected to fill in. I also went into my basement and noticed areas where sunlight was coming in. I recognized zero value in these services, asked for a refund and was given half the dollar amount and given a letter from the owner PJ Winkelmann threatening to pursue legal action if I cashed the check and then left any negative reviews. Excellent service! Used AWC to take care of squirrels in our chimney. From the phone call to their office through the succcessful trapping of the mother squirrel, extraction of her babies from the chimney and installation of chimney caps customer service and satisfaction was definitely a priority. Tim was the technician who came to our home. He quickly assessed the situation, set the trap for "mom"on the roof, and explained the next steps. "Mom" was in the trap within an hour! Alerted Tim who returned a few hours later to retrieve "mom" from the roof and the babies from the chimney! He then scheduled installation of chimney caps for the next morning (Saturday). I recently discovered a mouse problem in our home and was concerned since we have a dog and an infant and I didn't want to risk them getting sick. I looked at numerous businesses and decided to give Advanced Wildlife a call. I called on a Saturday and the woman I spoke with was so nice. She scheduled someone to come out on Monday. Josh, the technician, arrived on time and I explained the situation. He assessed the entire basement and main floor to look for entrances and where the mice might be living. He then went back to his van and set two traps in the basement, one in the pantry (where we discovered the mice) and two outside. He explained the poison make the mice extremely thirsty which forces them to leave the house to look for water and then they would die within 24-48 hours. The traps are pet and kid friendly so there is no way they can open the traps to access the poison. He said he would come back in a month to assess the activity and we would decide when it would be most advantageous to seal the house. A month later, he came back and told us our mice problem was solved so he removed the traps and sealed any entrances the mice might have used to enter the house. He was extremely professional, nice amd explained everything in detail. I never had a single mouse die in the house and my house never smelled. I spent around $150 for the initial visit, traps, sealing of the house and his visit a month later. They do offer quarterly visits for a fee as well for maintenance. read more

Upon requesting an estimate on here, Paul got back to me within a couple hours with a flat rate price for an initial inspection regarding a mouse problem and a 30-day follow-up included. I was able to request a time online and Paul confirmed it with me directly, along with an explanation of what the technician was going to do. Tim K. was running late due to a job he was on being more complex than expected but frequently updated me with his ETA. I valued that they seem to go the extra mile to thoroughly complete each job and communicate with customers. When Tim arrived, he inspected my basement where I had seen mice feces. He explained how mice enter homes and signs of activity - very knowledgeable and experienced. Then, he went outside and filled in holes. He came back in and told me exactly where he had seen holes and where bait boxes had been laid. He then laid a bait box in the basement and addressed my concerns about my pets getting into them. Tim mentioned he knows people become concerned about poison and thus likes to reassure them on its effectiveness and safety. He took my payment information and explained a plan for future care. He mentioned that because it seems like just a seasonal mouse problem, not an infestation, that things would be under control quickly and that I would likely only need a lower-level service plan. I appreciated his honesty. After the appointment, I received a detailed email with the services performed, product and safety information, and an electronic invoice.
