We did contact them in October, but they never attempted to complete the contract service. Quick to grab your cash, then crickets after they get your money. Stay away from these people, too many other reputable arborist to choose from.

I ask for leaf and limbs arm size or smaller to be ground "chipped " and left behind in a pile so I can mulch my gardens.
