It was dated and needed love but was on a beautiful lot in New Berlin. Colleen loved the property as much as we did, she saw the potential. Colleen was prepared with several comps pricing it right. We received multiple offers in less than 48 hours. Colleen walked us through all of them. Her guidance enabled us to sell at a price much higher than the list price with exceptional terms. The closing was very organized, taking less than 30 minutes. Colleen and everyone else at Redefined Realty Advisors were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

It is a long sad story of…read morehow we found them, but here are the basics: We first listed with Remax, who made a complete and absolute MESS of our listing. We sat on the market for 6 months with Remax with little activity. Remax had our information wrong, used horrible cheap looking pictures, didn't vette out tire kickers, etc... The Realtor was lazy, and was just sitting back waiting to collect his pay-day. Don't listen to the 6% realtors they are full of CRAP. They don't do anything better in this era of internet savvy shoppers. All you are doing is WASTING YOUR MONEY and making some lazy person rich. We had a gorgeous fully updated home that SAT due to a lazy, greedy realtor who simply wanted to maximize his profit for doing NOTHING. After our listing expired with Remax we looked to friends to suggest a Realtor - John Gscheidmeier was the man. John came in as a Real Estate PROFESSIONAL. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best. Redefined is the wave of the future, you get more with these guys as a seller than you will with anyone - guaranteed. Put some money back in your pocket and ignore the B.S. the 6% realtors are telling you - you will be happy you did.

I'll be honest, the mortgage world was all new to me during these times, so I've had many questions along the way. Sandi's never hesitated to take my calls or respond to all of my emailed questions. Happy to say we ended up on our home at an acceptable rate (in this economy anyway). Most recently, I reached out to her to chat about refinance options, PMI removal inquiry, and a few other things. Again, always quick to respond and help navigate best financial options in these scenarios. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional. Also just really friendly and easy to talk to, never making me feel dumb for all of my silly questions :)

We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." We first considered moving to the Milwaukee area two years ago now. Firefly was the first (and…read moreonly!) real estate company I reached out to, and I was matched with Carissa right away! She was so great at answering all of my initial questions, and understood our needs as first-time homebuyers. A few months later we had a chance to visit Milwaukee and meet Carissa in person. She understood that we did not have a destination yet but that Milwaukee was still a top contender and still took the time to go over how the process works, what the market is like in the area, and what to expect for the lending process. Over the next two years we kept in touch, signing up for MLS alerts along the way. When we found out in early 2025 that Milwaukee was a sure thing, she was one of the first people we told and that we were heading her way! I couldn't believe she still wanted to give us the time of day after all that time; I know several others that didn't! Carissa has been like a close confidant the whole way. From helping us find short term housing to coming along on closing day, I could not ask for more. Our approval process took longer than expected, and she was so patient and understanding of the whole ordeal. She kept us informed of what to expect and next steps to prepare for. When it came time to actually house-hunt, Carissa was super flexible with her and our schedule for looking at homes. She's so organized, thoughtful, and professional, but best of all she's so charismatic! We had provided a spreadsheet to her of the homes we were interested in and she secured showings for our top three all for one day. Carissa understood time was of the essence for us due to several outside factors, and made it all go so seamlessly. We knew we did not want to look at houses for weeks on end and had already been looking online and driving around a lot so we knew what to look for. That and the incredible insight Carissa has about the area made the entire process of starting over in a new place that much easier. She and I looked at the houses together and there were times I forgot she wasn't moving in with us haha. Carissa truly helps her clients picture the ins and outs of daily living in the homes and neighborhoods they visit. After doing the showings with Carissa she was able to easily schedule a revisit the next day so my spouse could also see it. The choice was easy and she helped us submit an offer that day! We had no idea what to expect for the homebuying process or what the timeline looked like; we'd only heard horror stories from friends and family and truly had begun to expect and plan for the worst. Carissa's communication in writing everything up with her and the lender, and guiding us through the contingencies, what to ask for, and what to be prepared for, was impeccable. We seriously could not have done it without her expertise and her support. She made us feel so capable and prepared despite us having no experience with this world. Not once did she make us feel like we were dummies or inept; I truly have learned so much because of her and have even more respect for what real estate agents do! She has continued to be there for our crazy questions and has made the transition into homeowners go so smoothly. Carissa came through for us, all the way to our closing day. Someone needed to hold our hands and tell us we were adults enough for this! After we completed the closing documents I asked her when she was moving in. She's more than our real estate agent; she's family.
