Justin & Jennifer won us over right away with their reasoning why they wanted to price our home where they did. They were not the realtor with the highest price of our home, but we went with them because we agreed with the comparisons and not wanting to price ourselves out of the market. When we finally were able to get our home on the market (delay was not the fault of Justin or Jennifer), we were very impressed by the results of their marketing. In 2 days we had 9 showings of our house and had 6 offers in writing by the morning of the 3rd day. We ended up selling our house for over the asking price due on large part to accurately pricing the house and not scaring off would be buyers by asking too much. Justin and Jennifer were incredibly helpful along the way and were very fast to respond to all of our phone calls and texts. Justin even offered to shovel our (insanely long) driveway while we were out of state on a house hunting trip. Blue Bell is a company I can confidently recommend as a caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people to help you with your real estate needs.

I went on their website and called the Wisconsin branch number several times but all it did was ring. Left a voicemail and never heard back. I called the California branch number and got a voicemail. I called but they never responded back. They listed a property on their website I am interested in, but communication has been virtually nonexistent. I contacted them thru Hemlane.com about my application and some questions but heard only one responded regarding contact information about a relator, whose phone number provided to me was different than her website and have heard nothing since. Overall, very disappointed by this group and the experience I had. Was hoping to gear back for the apartment soon but doubt I ever will.

He was ill and hospitalized thus the delay in attempting to have funds returned. My brother in law was fully taken advantage of, did not complete the computer lease sent to me with any family member as insinuated, doesn't own a computer and thought he would have his security deposit of $925 returned when he found a place closer to his daughter. My sister is disabled and their income is sparse, to say the least. Ben is a thief and scumbag to not be willing to return the funds after numerous attempts. Keeping the same apartment as available to seize the next sucker and take their money as well. Documents were not completed with anyone in the family as we verified, and had to have been with Ben or office manager. When my brother in-law attempted to contact them for a refund, messages were ignored and not returned, thus giving them time to avoid a refund. The next excuse was person my brother in law worked with no longer worked there and they would have to look into the processing of his check. Once again giving them ample time to claim 3 day waiting period was exceeded. I am shocked that with these reviews no further action has been taken against this company and Ben. I have reported it to Elder Abuse, Veterans Administration and will continue even after the time that has passed to be sure others are not out $925 as my sister and brother in law are as a result of unethical practices and preying on the disabled and elderly.
