Justin & Jennifer won us over right away with their reasoning why they wanted to price our home where they did. They were not the realtor with the highest price of our home, but we went with them because we agreed with the comparisons and not wanting to price ourselves out of the market. When we finally were able to get our home on the market (delay was not the fault of Justin or Jennifer), we were very impressed by the results of their marketing. In 2 days we had 9 showings of our house and had 6 offers in writing by the morning of the 3rd day. We ended up selling our house for over the asking price due on large part to accurately pricing the house and not scaring off would be buyers by asking too much. Justin and Jennifer were incredibly helpful along the way and were very fast to respond to all of our phone calls and texts. Justin even offered to shovel our (insanely long) driveway while we were out of state on a house hunting trip. The realtor laughed out loud and proceeded to say "that closed on Tuesday, you missed it" and laughed again. A very strange and unprofessional reaction from a broker. Obviously he didn't have any other property in his name that he could have offered me. Unfortunately for him he missed an opportunity to sell another property.

We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.

The Realtor was lazy, and was just sitting back waiting to collect his pay-day. Don't listen to the 6% realtors they are full of CRAP. They don't do anything better in this era of internet savvy shoppers. All you are doing is WASTING YOUR MONEY and making some lazy person rich. We had a gorgeous fully updated home that SAT due to a lazy, greedy realtor who simply wanted to maximize his profit for doing NOTHING. After our listing expired with Remax we looked to friends to suggest a Realtor - John Gscheidmeier was the man. John came in as a Real Estate PROFESSIONAL. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best.
