I had just purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer a few months prior and I had them listed as an exclusion in the sale, however I was forced to leave them when I moved. Unfortunately the refrigerator had a maintenance issue while the condo was listed and I could have spent $200 and had it repaired and all would have been good but again was forced to give the buyer a $2500 credit. Gretchen is nothing more than a bully and a thug and will say or do anything without any consideration for honesty to get what she wants. She accepted a low ball offer without consulting me and set up 2 closings, a closing for me alone and another for the buyers so we wouldn't meet, how insulting.
