She worked with Erez Acuca and Swisa LLC. contractors to flip the home .As a note Erez Acuca was the owner also. The practices of these three are questionable . We viewed the home in the winter trying to a jump on the busy realty season coming up in the spring. 1. When buying a home thoroughly look it over ; With the anticipation and anxiety associated with looking at homes in a small window of time one can overlook details that aren't seen at first especially when the home is staged . 2.The contractor / husband did cut corners and luckily our inspector caught most of the things that needed to be fixed .(ex.) replaced light fixture and shoved old one into attic still on electric line . One thing he didn't catch was the white duct tape attaching the white aluminum facia to the where the roof and the facia meet . As it was winter and everything was covered in snow I can understand why this was missed . As we walked through home after closing we began to notice things you would not expect from a licensed contractor . A level wasn't used to attach the towel racks and toilet paper holder . a level wasn't used when installing the hood over the kitchen stove. $3000.00 later we had a new sump pump installed an replaced the leaking discharge pipe . And we still have to find out if the Range hood properly exhausts to the exterior of the home. Supposedly the realtor discussed this with the owner/husband but it was dragged out till the day of closing; as it was in the amendments to the offer . Also the finishing tile work was messy and shoddy. And the new showers and tubs don't have caulking . And the toilet in one bathroom doesn't sit flush to the floor so when you sit on it rocks a little; very annoying. They also need educating in the installation of gutters. A gutter needs only one down spout. Only waiting to find whatever else they covered up. I conclusion these people are not honest , they cut corners to make a profit and lack integrity and are untrustworthy when it comes to running a legitimate business. Don't get me started on the offer counter offer bullS..T !! A new homeowner in Milwaukee

My experience dealing with this agent was awful from beginning to end and I eventually canceled my contract. The property was falsely advertised as in good condition on the home report despite the fact that the owner was fully aware of structural defects in a foundation wall and chimney. I found it very surprising that the agent who was a friend of the owners did not disclose this to a potential buyer. This lack of honesty and professional integrity cost me $1000 in unnecessary home inspections. When I mentioned this to KW, I received a berating email refusing to take responsibility for the fact that the facts on home inspection report were false. I would not recommend working with this agent or this company.
