Angela has a professional presence and a kind demeanor, after meeting with her only 1 time I felt much more at ease. She wasted no time - had professional photos taken, the sign posted in the yard, and my house listed on the MLS and many major websites promptly. I don't want to give away her trade secrets but will say she adds things to the home that assist with showings - a definite bonus touch! Within 3 days I had an offer! I was thrilled! Unfortunately the inspector (focusing on things that weren't major issues) tore my house to shreds. After a few conversations including an offer to remedy the items of concern, the buyer decided to walk. I was bummed but not discouraged. Angela was there throughout the whole process - giving me contractor contacts and advising next steps. Within another 12 days I had 2 more offers! I ended up accepting an offer that was brokered by Lynn Friedman, another realtor with Benefit Realty; OVER asking price, I might add! Angela was great at responding to my (many) emails, texts, questions and concerns. I would absolutely recommend Angela, Lynn, and Benefit Realty to anyone looking for a true full service realtor with a small fee!

We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.

Please, look no further and go with Ty to help buy or sell your next home. Ty is genuine, authentic, honest, reliable, professional and most importantly punctual. Ty and his team are the quickest in the business. We were in a tight situation timing wise and Ty was able to help us get a competitive offer out within just a couple of hours of us seeing the home! Ty and his team were extremely thorough throughout the entire process and communication was key. To top it off, Ty was readily available at all hours of the day to respond to my follow up questions that I had. Ty was even kind enough to send us THREE gifts after the closing. The seller was very stingy and would not budge an inch when it came to concessions and so Ty was kind enough to purchase us a one year home warranty for peace of mind! Ty even went out of his way and sent our family a gift card for a food delivery company since we were coming in from out of town. To top it all off, Ty gifted us a beautiful basket at the closing table with local coffee and wine. It's safe to say that Ty went above and beyond the job requirements and I know he would do the same for you too. One major added bonus that sets Ty apart from every other realtor is the fact that he also offers property management services! Ty really is a one stop shop for all of your real estate needs. We do not plan to move into the home until next year and Ty was able to find us a renter in less than 3 weeks to fill our home! He even gave us a discount on his property management services since it's a short term deal. Thank you again for all that you did for our family Ty!

We first considered moving to the Milwaukee area two years ago now. Firefly was the first (and…read moreonly!) real estate company I reached out to, and I was matched with Carissa right away! She was so great at answering all of my initial questions, and understood our needs as first-time homebuyers. A few months later we had a chance to visit Milwaukee and meet Carissa in person. She understood that we did not have a destination yet but that Milwaukee was still a top contender and still took the time to go over how the process works, what the market is like in the area, and what to expect for the lending process. Over the next two years we kept in touch, signing up for MLS alerts along the way. When we found out in early 2025 that Milwaukee was a sure thing, she was one of the first people we told and that we were heading her way! I couldn't believe she still wanted to give us the time of day after all that time; I know several others that didn't! Carissa has been like a close confidant the whole way. From helping us find short term housing to coming along on closing day, I could not ask for more. Our approval process took longer than expected, and she was so patient and understanding of the whole ordeal. She kept us informed of what to expect and next steps to prepare for. When it came time to actually house-hunt, Carissa was super flexible with her and our schedule for looking at homes. She's so organized, thoughtful, and professional, but best of all she's so charismatic! We had provided a spreadsheet to her of the homes we were interested in and she secured showings for our top three all for one day. Carissa understood time was of the essence for us due to several outside factors, and made it all go so seamlessly. We knew we did not want to look at houses for weeks on end and had already been looking online and driving around a lot so we knew what to look for. That and the incredible insight Carissa has about the area made the entire process of starting over in a new place that much easier. She and I looked at the houses together and there were times I forgot she wasn't moving in with us haha. Carissa truly helps her clients picture the ins and outs of daily living in the homes and neighborhoods they visit. After doing the showings with Carissa she was able to easily schedule a revisit the next day so my spouse could also see it. The choice was easy and she helped us submit an offer that day! We had no idea what to expect for the homebuying process or what the timeline looked like; we'd only heard horror stories from friends and family and truly had begun to expect and plan for the worst. Carissa's communication in writing everything up with her and the lender, and guiding us through the contingencies, what to ask for, and what to be prepared for, was impeccable. We seriously could not have done it without her expertise and her support. She made us feel so capable and prepared despite us having no experience with this world. Not once did she make us feel like we were dummies or inept; I truly have learned so much because of her and have even more respect for what real estate agents do! She has continued to be there for our crazy questions and has made the transition into homeowners go so smoothly. Carissa came through for us, all the way to our closing day. Someone needed to hold our hands and tell us we were adults enough for this! After we completed the closing documents I asked her when she was moving in. She's more than our real estate agent; she's family.

She asked us all the right questions and set up a great loan that was geared toward what we wanted to accomplish. If we had any questions, Rachel was there to answer them, and she got back to us quickly. She even provided a way to contact her after hours if something important came up that required immediate attention.
