Both buying and eventually selling them as we divested of them to retire. In 2024, we were down to our last duplex and were selling it to a good friend. We needed to find a 3 bedroom ranch, no basement, no stairs, a 2 car garage. It was sellers market. We were having no luck. Constantly being out bid or finding the location popping up on line was already sold. We saw a new listing just inside St. Francis by a realtor named Kristel Sikora. She was with Shorewest Realty, Inc. out of New Berlin. She had just gotten the listing and we went together to view it for the first time. It was awful and she recommended we talk about our needs. She listened, and began searching for what we wanted. We viewed a myraid of homes with what we were looking for and in our price range the entire month of June. We continued being out bid in all opportunities. She suggested a different area we hadn't considered and immediately scored a sale in our price range with everything we wanted and closed mid July. Kristel Sikora has been a top producer with ten years experience. She listens, she acts on the information, and she sells. She's head and shoulders above all the rest. She'll be the only agent we'll ever use going forward. Happily retired homeowners: Stephen & Diane Jones"

Beth was recommended to us by everyone that we asked - we were hesitant to contact her because she seemed extraordinarily popular, and therefore, she must be busy. We never once felt as though we were being rushed, or like we were wasting Beth's time. Beth was super knowledgable and always available. We were very interested in buying a "charming" (old) house. Beth was incredibly knowledgeable from everything to weird electrical outlets, to ancient windows and wood floors. Each home we walked through, she was sure to point out small things that we could admire or question. Once we found a house, Beth was kind enough to give up a few hours of her afternoon to discuss the charm of the house, bringing up a few things we should watch out for on the home inspection. She helped us fill out the paperwork, and within 24 hours the house was ours! Beth recommended a home inspector, and also gave us a list of contractors that she trusts. She made the entire home buying process, and the home owning process so much easier than we anticipated. Over the holidays, we received a small box on the front porch. We opened it to find an adorable custom wooden ornament to remember our first home. How sweet! We will never buy or sell a home in the Milwaukee area without Beth's assistance - and we recommend you do the same!

We had no idea how to go about or even how to start the process...We called Lifetime Realty, we seen that there was a house down the block that was for sale and were using Lifetime Realty. My husband called the phone # on the sign and spoke to one of the team members. She got us in touch with Mark. He called us right away and set up an appointment to meet with us. Very nice, very informative with any questions we had, and was very understanding with the situation with all 4 of us owning the house. He kept all of us informed of what was to happen, and what our next steps were. Mark would text us every time there was an update, a showing, the walk through, and offers on the property, also to the end at the closing. The Lifetime Realty Group went as far as separating the amounts equally between the 4 of us. The team there, are awesome and it was a privilege to get to know and to work with them all. I would definitely recommend Mark, and the Lifetime Realty Team to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy a house.

Mike Roth - The Roth Team

Mike Roth - The Roth Team

Hello Roth Team, You…read morerecently helped me with the sale of my home in Elkhorn Wisconsin. Unfortunately, my experience with Brad as my realtor was not a good one. Throughout the process, I often felt that Brad was talking over me rather than listening to what I was trying to communicate. There was also an instance where he advised me on how to word something in the contract that I felt was not in my best interest. Thankfully, I had my attorney review the contract before moving forward. Another major disappointment was that Brad was not present at the property showings. The showings were handled by the prospective buyer's realtor. I have a hard time understanding how a listing agent can effectively represent and market a property without personally being there to walk through it, understand the property, and communicate important details to the buyer's agent. I also felt pressured at times to make decisions almost immediately rather than being given adequate time to consider my options. Once we received an offer, communication became even more frustrating. I rarely heard from Brad directly, and on a couple of occasions I received texts saying he was too busy to call. For what should be an important and significant transaction, I expected much more communication and involvement from my realtor. I do want to recognize Lisa, who became my primary point of contact after the offer was accepted. Lisa handled the behind-the-scenes work and paperwork, and the difference in service was night and day. She was responsive, professional, helpful, and made the process much easier. My ratings: Brad: 4/10 Lisa: 10/10 I appreciate the work Lisa did, but based on my experience, I would not choose Brad as my realtor again. Dan Bahl Owner, CSDG

My first impression with Mike Roth was so bad that my jaw actually dropped…read more He was on speakerphone and responded to my real estate agent's question so condescendingly that both of us were stopped in our tracks and took a few seconds before she could speak again. I was tempted to immediately call him myself and remind him that it costs $0 to be kind, but 1. I wanted the house 2. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt in case it was just an awful day for him, and 3. He didn't strike me as the type who'd be receptive to feedback, particularly unsolicited advice. I waited and we continued with the transaction, but it was not nearly as smooth as it could have been, and for perspective - this is the third house we've purchased since 2019, each house in a different state. As his other reviews reveal, the experience of working with him was unpleasant at best, for a few reasons beyond the initial rudeness: 1. While it benefited us, I felt sorry for the seller - I believe that with some small effort to stage or fix some cosmetic issues, the house could have sold for more. I suppose this could have been something the selling party declined, but it is worth mentioning in case someone is using his services still and catches this in time. 2. Additionally, during the renegotiation process, the sellers/selling team went completely non-communicative for an entire weekend, leaving us wondering if we should start looking for a different house while over half a million dollars and a huge life decision hung in the balance. Even if it was because the sellers weren't responding to them at all (which I doubt - why wouldn't they just tell their realtor they were getting repair estimates?), the Roth team could have taken less than a minute to respond to an email/text/call,explain that and provide some reassurance. 3. Days from closing, the team had to be prodded to provide access to the house to allow professionals in to assess repairs, and gave a one-time use code for the final walkthrough, even after they asked us to "do it all on one day," which wasted our time, along with the time of an asbestos remediation professional whose availability was after the final walkthrough by a couple hours on the same day. I assumed that the code would work the full day, but that was obviously a mistake - and the Roth team didn't respond for hours. 4. Finally, we were told before closing that we'd have garage door openers and keys to all the locks. At closing, they said they'd be on the counter in the home. Spoiler alert - they weren't. So we don't have keys to all the locks and had to buy new garage door remotes. I hope Lisa is well-compensated- she seems to be trying her best in a tough situation. If you're able to avoid this team, you'll save yourself some hassle. Honesty, good communication, and remembering that even if the Roth team is approaching a billion dollars in sales that most people buy or sell homes once or twice in their lives (if they're lucky) and that it's a stressful experience could benefit this team's service dramatically.
