He is a creative thinker with a meticulous, professional style. He was refreshingly responsive and patient answering all our questions. He walked us through the loan process step by step. We've worked with good mortgage brokers in the past. Jim Kundinger is by far the best. We highly recommend him. Oh, and to top if off, A+ Mortgage Services is a "Mortgage Lender" not just a "Mortgage Broker". So unlike many brokers, they don't need to get permission from a lender at closing to release funds. Luckily I met Richard Selensky from A+ Mortgage, and he made everything super easy. After about 6 months of looking I finally found a house I loved, I made an offer an it was accepted. I thought everything was going smooth, until my supposedly pre-appreved mortgage fell though because my employment was not deemed "full-time" (even though I am an engineering consultant who has worked at the same place for 5 years, and disclosed this fact several times to the lender.) I was in a serious pinch so my buyer's agent recommended giving Richard a call. Even though I called him at 6 PM on a Friday, he took the time to listen to my problem and was even able to submit a new application the same weekend. Not only was I able to secure a loan but I was able to get an unbeatable rate (3.5%) through the FHA program, something that is not even offered by most lenders. Don't waste your time anywhere else, I can't recommend Richard & A+ enough.

You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best.
