I am nowhere NEAR losing my hone, they have no idea what a similar situation is to mine, so I found their marketing to be very offensive and off-putting. If this is their lead-in, I can only pity someone needing this type of service and how they would use that persons disadvantage strictly for their own gain. They are home flippers. They want to buy cheap and then make money off other's backs. They close their marketing letter to me by stating they can help me "navigate my current situation". Hmmmm.. I wonder what situation they think I need help navigating. When contacted about their marketing ploy, they denied any knowledge. Yet when you put motive, means and opportunity to the test - they rank high on all three. Why would anyone else incur costs of purchasing a mailing list, incurring printing and mailing costs simply to direct business to another company. Very unscrupulous tactics all the way around.

Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! When it came time to start looking, he graciously took us to every place we wanted to see including a couple that we knew would not be right for us (we wanted to get an idea of how the photos and real things would compare). Sometimes, like the day we found OUR home, he actually met with us twice in a day. It was a FSBO, but he left the gym and zipped over to see if there was a phone number on the sign, since there was only an email address on the Zillow listing. 15 minutes later, we were looking and shortly thereafter, ready to make an offer. Unbeknownst to us, the seller had been inundated with interested buyers and there was some drama involved that nearly cost us the house. Chad saved it for us by going over and beyond to help the seller. She told him that a great part of why she accepted our offer is because of his kindness and willingness to help. I called but they never responded back. They listed a property on their website I am interested in, but communication has been virtually nonexistent. Overall, very disappointed by this group and the experience I had. Was hoping to gear back for the apartment soon but doubt I ever will.
