I have been living in one of founders 3 building since December. When looking for an apartment, I…read moremet the building manager named Rebecca and she showed me a nice apartment in the building. She informed me that the building was smoke-free and very quite. She also informed me that the building was no pets allowed. I've seen tenants with cats in the building. Both were very important. After moving in, I had to open my window, lite a candle and turn on the ceiling fan to get smoke out of my room. I was told it probably wasn't my neighbor because "he's the maintenance man." Maintenance man or not, no smoking means no smoking. I had to complain 4 different time before the smoking stopped. After I complained about the smoking, my neighbor started knocking everyday. Not sure what he's knocking on but I went to management about the noise. I was told I probably was hearing flooring being put in on the 1st floor. I live on the 3rd floor. I'm not hearing flooring being put in 2 floors down. I was also told maybe I was hearing the trash chute. Anyone can tell the difference between knocking and a trash chute. I'm far from stupid. Manager said he would listen to audio recordings of my neighbor knocking because it was my word against my neighbor's. Even though I have proof that he's knocking several times a day, any hour just to aggravate me, NOTHING has been done to deal with this issue. I've tried talking to the cooperate office. The lady at the corporate office left me a message that says " He's an employee and I don't THINK he would jeopardize his job doing something like that." Pretty much said he matters and you don't. NO ONE has taken the time to go to his apartment to see what he's knocking on are why he's knocking. I guess this is a good time to mention that all people should be treated equal. NOT HERE. I have 6 more months to live here. I should not have to deal with noise every other day because I live next door to "the maintenance man. Since the weather has changed, the apartment smells like mold and mildew. If you're looking for a quite place and respect, this company is NOT the company to rent from. #RESPECTGOESALONGWAY #MANAGEMENTDOESNOTCARE

Peter was so swift to book showings early, do video tours with us when we couldn't be there in person, and we trusted his input when we were evaluating the houses we did look at. Peter's attention to detail was so appreciated with every house showing. He pointed out things we would not have seen on our own. He is so knowledgable and able to help us really feel like we knew what we were going into with each house we were interested in. It took us a few offers to get our home, and after each offer that got passed up, he helped us re-evaluate and consider other ways to stay competitive in the market. We would absolutely recommend him for any home buying/selling needs.

This made the stressful process of buying our house so much easier. I think it also means he's well liked by the seller's agents. Every little advantage makes a big difference in this market. He was responsive and knowledgeable about the ins and out of home construction. We could trust his honest assessment of the homes we were looking at. We never felt like we were getting a sales pitch, just information that allowed us to make clear headed decisions. Feel confident going with Peter, we are extremely happy in our new home!

I am not sure where to publish my review of the MSO Secret Symphony? First off Kim and I were…read moretalking about our Rachel and kudos to her on all she does to plan our events. We see how things can easily get out of hand and chaotic. This event was something new offered this year at a $20.00 price point. We were lucky enough to have a few of the MSO at our Sharp Literacy event. This was the whole orchestra! Let me start at the beginning. There was a lot of confusion at this event. We couldn't tell who worked at the event, and whom didn't. Food was more apps than anything else. It was just ok. Nacho bar, hummus, artichoke dip... And drinks on the 6th floor. We are old (40-50) and didn't know we would have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. The elevators were strange to say the least. No buttons on the inside, only on the outside. Once we got upstairs... more poor planning. We kinda found our own stuff to do. There were two free drink stations upstairs with various tasks you had to perform for swag. We got glasses, handcuffs, and some safe house gift certificates and swag. We got to play some of the MSO instruments which I though was very cool. But again, at this event, like "Sharp," I found it very disrespectful that people were talking when the symphony was going on. Common people! Thiis was awesome! I knew most, if not all fo the music. My Dad played a lot of it for me when I was little. I liked how the symphony is trying to connect to the younger generation. So in conclusion, the MSO made the event worth the $20.00. I am not sure there was enough of the Safe House menu to make any conclusions.
