Workers there completely discriminated against me and were laughing when I had to pay out of pocket for my brothers medication, my brother is disabled and needed it badly and is fully insured. they claimed that the Dr. didnt match his insurance therefore couldnt use the inurance. Mother chose this pharmacy because the delivered prescriptions. And they were located in the Desert Oasis complex. I am not sure if others are having this experience, but it seems that they have trouble with filling prescriptions on time. My mother who is 86, was promised that her prescriptions would be transferred and she would receive a monthly delivery automatically of everything she needs. The first F**k up was when they forgot to fill her heart medicine. She went 4 days over a holiday weekend without her medicine. On the 3rd day she became dizzy, blacked out and fell hitting her hip. She has been in physical therapy ever since. Oh and she had to call the pills in, they did not automatically refill as they promised. This time she had to call in her blood pressure medicine, It was Friday morning, she was promised they would deliver it that day. They have also promised me, that should they be unable to deliver a prescription,they would call me and leave the medication next door at the Urgent Care. Well it is SATURDAY, they are closed !! No blood pressure medicine has been delivered. No phone call was made so I could make arrangements to pick it up. folks these things are life threatening !! Apparently Heritage Pharmacy wishes to assume responsibility for a stroke? There is absolutely no reason for this to happen, accept poor management. NO REASON !! read more

I recently moved to the desert and transferred all of my medical care here. I used 2 other pharmacies in the area, both large chain stores, and received questionable care, (prescriptions not called in) at both. Unbelievable from my point of view. An acquaintance referred me to Heritage pharmacy and I am happy they did. I have never experienced such wonderful customer experience before. They are close, convenient, and go the extra mile. They even mailed my prescriptions to me while I was unexpectedly delayed on an out of town trip. I'm glad I found them and am happy to recommend them to anybody looking for a great pharmacy. read more

Located within the Desert Oasis Healthcare complex and easy to get in and out of, they are a better alternative to the chain stores. They are small enough to give each customer personalized service with the expertise of any of the larger stores. They were even kind enough to mail prescriptions to us while traveling... I am an insulin-dependent diabetic. When, due to a foul up with my insurance company, I was about to run out of insulin. This Pharmacy worked with my doctor and my insurance company, ordered the proper insulin, and had it ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough about the personalized service. this heritage pharmacy in palm springs is wonderful.i cannot drive so they deliver all my prescriptions to me.if you have any questions-they take the time to listen to you and answer all your questions.if a prescription is due-- they will call you and remind you that it is due.and the lady that deliveries the prescriptions is always very kind and courteous.i just do not know what i would do without them.they are an awesome pharmacy and i am so glad that i found them.i found them thru my health insurance.i recommend them very highly. j.brown read more
