We pre-ordered our main dishes, and the staff knew exactly who received each meal without needing name cards at our seats. I said " I asked one of the servers for a lemonade and it still hasn't been brought." & he mentioned he would let them know. She never even checked up on us or asked if we needed anything else. If you can't handle being a server why even work as one? Simple as that. This is what ruins a restaurant's reputation and makes people not want to go back. No tip was deserved.
