The texture of the enchiladas is spot on, and the salsa complements the dish perfectly without overpowering it. Every bite feels balanced and flavorful, and it's one of those meals you find yourself craving again soon after. It all lacked flavor. It didn't taste bad, just no flavor. Had to salt it up for a better taste. It tasted like below average Mexican food. Not New Mexico style. We didn't finish the plates.
