From the start, Betsy was fast to respond, professional and a HUGE help in narrowing down the right PebbleTec shade we had in mind for that perfect resort-style look. She had a lot of great insight and her recommendation to add shell for extra sparkle was spot-on. You can truly see the shimmer in the sun under the water--exactly the effect we were hoping for! If I had to mention one small hiccup, it's that a small crack appeared on one of our spa tiles in our overflow section during the process--something we confirmed wasn't there prior thanks to a video I had taken shortly before pebble (for a different grout related issue that I had wanted to show my husband). Betsy acknowledged this isn't typical and never happens when they work, but to her credit, she assured us they'd keep us on their list to come back and replace it (as we have extra tile) when they're next in the Murrieta area. We appreciated her accountability and look forward to the fix! All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with the quality of their work and how the finish turned out. The PebbleTec color really brings the entire look of our pool together! He came to check it out once and then stopped responding to us. He said he was going to check with the Concrete company and ask if there was a "bad batch" of concrete, never heard back from him after that, even after several texts and voice messages to him. I had to take the issue to his bond company for compensation. Be careful, get other estimates before going with him. After having reputable inspectors out here, they say the cracks are all the way out to the edges of the decking and underneath, were after a "couple of years, people will be tripping and falling on the cracks. Not to mention, it looks really bad, bad quality. It took 2 years to file with the Contractors Board and get answers. Good luck, Do your research.

Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp.
